I went in and was not said hi to or helped for a solid minute. I then got a veggie bowl and as I ate it found pieces of meat in it. As a vegetarian that is very unpleasant. Anyway I usually have great service but not today:)

Very disappointed on this visit at the Yakima location. My first visit was great,generous portions,fresh food. Sadly on this visit the portion size were limited,food look dried out, and also almost cold. This is the second visit I've had this same bad experience 😕. I won't be eating there anymore. This was the location located on 24th Ave and nob hill,Yakima, Wa.

What is there to say? Chipolte has amazing food and the flavors are amazing- I like this location as I stay in the hotel that is in the same parking lot. The people working are kind and offer up ideas when you want to change your normal order. Great place.
