Went to try the new location out on 4/17. The girl working the register was not helpful or friendly. The menu items we wanted to order she said they didn’t have yet were advertised on the tv displays had to choose 4 different things before she said they actually had that item. Not a great experience overall and tacos were a 4 out of 10, small and no flavor to them. Very generic for tacos salsa was bad as well no flavor or heat. Ordered the pineapple mangonada drink and was not worth the almost $10 spent. Buyer beware on the 2nd location avoid it if you can.

We came in to give this place out. Seen the hype on social media... luckily we only ordered 1 fruit cup. The mango was hard! It was not anywhere near ready for eating. It was made very sloppy. Not impressed all around.

I've been several times, but I'm still not impressed with the customer service... they sell snacks that make you want to come back but the people who work here are of very bad taste... every time you walk in they have an angry face and no one greets you to nothing, they just look at you and turn the other way... I can understand if you're busy but it's just that this is a business that should care about how it treats its buyers. The owners themselves also always serve reluctantly. And the women who work there also always have a bad attitude and a bad attitude. The last time I visited I bought a boba and the glass seems to be the wrong one for that drink, the boba couldn't be drunk properly because the straw was too small to fit through and it got stuck when trying to drink it. The flavors are good and the cravings are good but I recommend you improve your attitude and maybe you would have better results. Thank you.

I went to get a fresas con crema crepe and i got fresas con crema alone. I had been waiting there for a while and they had a ton of people and I wasn’t gonna wait any longer. The person who took my order was a little kid. Totally need to improve their customer service, specially on peak hours.
