Tried this place out tonight for the first time. I’m a snob about good food and this place hands down rocked it!!! Better than cowiche, yakima steak, provisions or wildfire. I will be back and be a regular. We got the 7 course chefs meal and was so so good!!!! Sure our bill was over 300 but was worth every dam penny and our staff we had was great as why we tipped them 100. Thanks for a great expand see you all next month! We still can’t decide what our Caesar out of 7 course meal!

Simply outstanding and creative. They specialize in unique combinations of flavors and textures. The cellar has a library of culinary books and preserved local sourced products. 4 stars on atmosphere is because the seating in the cellar was a bit chilly. Reservations recommended.

As I write this, it has been some time since I've visited Crafted, but I can honestly say it was the best meal I've had in recent years. I eat out in larger cities quite frequently, but Crafted has been my best dining experience in recent memory. Anytime anyone tells me they're heading to Yakima, I recommend they go to Crafted.

Absolutely fabulous! We got the mushrooms, Brussel sprouts, bucatini, and braised beef. Everything was divine! Wait staff was super helpful and friendly. Food came out very promptly, even though it seemed to be a full house. The cellar room was quieter than the dining room, but the dining room has a fun atmosphere and is super lively. We will be coming back soon!

We chose the Chefs choice 7 course dinner with wine pairing. The oysters started us off, followed by sushi, chorizo sweet potatoes Asian cashew fried tofu,, seared scallops,, and pot roasted beef with corn tortillas. Raspberry mouse on chocolate cake.The wine choices were local and delicious. The Walla Walla Elizabeth Chardonnay...the Sage Rat Barbera...were my two favorites.

If you like trying many different dishes, this is the place for you. Bring friends, the more people the more dishes to try. We tried the butternut squash… could have had more, cauliflower, defiantly try the crab tortellini, and enjoyed the salmon… our server was very attentive and had great suggestions. Food is too salty. Some stuff was good, but the more exotic items are masked in salt. Bring a big water bottle! Certain things on the menu had substituted items without any knowledge of it until asked about. If you like the loud starbucks atmosphere, then this place is for you. If not... Stay away.

As someone who frequently travels for work, dining at the finest restaurants in Chicago, New York, and Seattle, I can confidently say that Crafted is in a league of its own.It's a place where creativity meets culinary excellence, and every visit feels like a culinary adventure waiting to unfold. Our family dined here once again last week - we were reminded why we love this place so much! We were greeted with a smile and promptly seated. We each ordered a different cocktail off the menu - very fresh, interesting, tasty combinations that were pretty as well.We started some small plates and vegetables- so much fun to get a few bite of such flavorful food. We passed around some entree’s and were treated to some amazing flavor combinations, the scallops are always perfectly seared and the salmon was a real hit with everyone.Don’t miss out on Dora’s incredible desserts! This time we had the choco-flan, s’mores and warm pear gallet with not a crumb left in the plate.Fantastic experience (again) would highly recommend.
