The cookies themselves are pretty good, but I must say that I am extremely disappointed with their 'Rewards Point' program. I had accumulated a significant amount of points only to find out that they DELETED almost all of my points earned and never once did they tell me that they were going to do this. It wasn't until one day when I opened up the app that I discovered that they had pretty much eliminated almost all of my points. How disrespectful is that to do something...
Absolutely love this place! My most frequented location is the Bonney Lake Washington location. They always give great portions and the right amount of toppings. I'm a college student that doesn't have a Crumbl near me so every time I'm home, you know I'm going to crumble ASAP.
Crumble cookie is usually fast when it come to the customer just walking in their and getting their order as well as freshness
