We waited for over an hour for our food, only for them to serve us half frozen hashbrowns, toast that was so cold the butter wasn't even melted and food that had been modified due to allergies. We refused for them to remake our wrong breakfast as we didn't have time to wait another hour for the food. When the issues were addressed to the waitress she was rude and hostile. There were other tables there that had been seated and a server never returned for over a half hour so they left. I have never had such a shitty experience. I have worked in the food industry and understand how hectic it is, but you don't treat customers the way they did and you acknowledge the customers you hostess just seated. Would not ever recommend anyone to that establishment.

On 12/7/2024 i went to to Denny's on Fruitvale in Yakima,Wa what can i say it was a delightful experience that truly warmed my heart. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly smile from the one the servers named Veronica , which instantly made me feel at home. The cozy atmosphere, complete with the comforting sounds of sizzling food and laughter, set the perfect backdrop for a wonderful meal. I ordered the lumberjack, and it was everything I hoped for and more. The pancakes were fluffy and golden, the eggs perfectly cooked, and the crispy bacon had that satisfying crunch. Each bite reminded me of family breakfasts from my childhood, evoking a sense of nostalgia that made the meal even more special. But what really stood out during my visit was the genuine kindness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, checking in regularly and making sure my coffee cup was never empty. It’s rare to encounter such attentive service, and it made my dining experience all the more enjoyable. As I finished my meal, I couldn’t help but smile. Denny's isn’t just about the great food; it’s about the warmth and sense of community that comes with it. I had a great experience. I went with my girlfriend and the waitress Mayra was so kind and kept checking on us. She would see if we needed anything and fulfilled our needs. Food was amazing and so was the service.
This location must be severely understaffed. One server for the whole restaurant doesn't cut it for sit down dining. I will however say that for as busy as that place was the server was pretty nice and did a good job without writing orders down. But overall the whole experience was kinda disappointing. The nachos that I had should have been listed as being spicy so that people who can't handle spice won't order that menu item. It was very spicy and I really couldn't eat much of it. Was hoping for a quicker experience but it took forever.

I was thrown out on the streets because my company didn't pay an incidentals deposit. The only place that was open 24 hours was this Denny's.
They were nice enough to let me hangout until I was able to get my company to pay the deposit. I had the all-you-can-eat pancakes for $6. Soda and coffee cost the same at about $3.
Very friendly staff and the food was delicious 😋. Very grateful for them to offer me a safe place.

we have been trying to order through DoorDash and GrubHub for a week now. Cause we tried to do it one time last week. It takes your money then tells you your order canceled called DoorDash. They say it’s denny called GrubHub. They say it’s Denny. Then you call Denny’s and they’re like we don’t know. They’re too damn lazy to go back and try to find out how to fix it. So screw denny ‘s. I’ll go to Mel’s diner. They have great food. Great service. Best in town.
