Order via door dash. $27 meat platter portion size was SO small. No sauce even thou requested. Order 3 soda, no ice and the drinks were extremely syrupy- little to no carbonation.

I ordered a three meat plate. I will never order from this place again. This is pitiful. Do they honestly think this pitiful plate is worth $30? Run from this place. Not only is the food poor quality, the portion size is ridiculously small. I’ve ordered a lot of barbecue in my life but this is the worst place I have ever ordered from. Order from Famous Dave’s, their food is superior quality and the portion size fits the price. I wanted to try out a new barbecue place and decided to give Dickey’s a shot, and this place is absolute trash. Look at those tiny pieces of brisket. There are two bites there. The food is ice cold. I honestly don’t know how this place is in business. I showed someone I work with my food and they were shocked at this pathetic plate as well. It’s like the food was sitting out all day. They were too lazy to make fresh food, and threw together scraps. Disgusting. You notice all the 1star negative reviews start rolling in once new owners took over the restaurant. They are cutting portion sizes, keeping prices the same, and selling lower quality food. I hope this clown idea he has to boost profits backfires, because my food was so bad door dash gave me a 100% refund, and I’ll never eat there again. Good business strategy. Usually the staff is nice here but tonight the guy here answered the phone rudely since i called because the doors were locked before it was even closed. he said are the doors locked? i said yes and he said then it’s closed and hung up while looking at me. seriously? i’m just here to pick up someone else’s order. it wasn’t even 9 PM.

Just ordered to-go from here like 30 minutes ago from inside the store. I got the two meat plate with ribs, chopped brisket, potato salad and baked beans. The order came out quick. Not sure how they heat their food because it came out like very quick. The guy asked what my sides were like 4 times. I got out to the car and looked my bag and the sides were not in there. I went back in and let him know, and he said he forgot. Then when I got home, I found out he gave me the wrong sides. He gave me some green beans or something. Anyway, the meat was dry and lukewarm. Also, small portions and not worth $21 bucks for sure. I had tried this place like 6 years ago and it was meh, but I had a hankering for southern bbq. I won’t be back.
