Ordered ordered there several times this week. Ordered a pizza that claimed they had cheese and toppings all the way to the edge?? Toppings were very very light and not covering the whole pizza. Not even close to the edge except for a few very small pieces. Ordered mushrooms onion green peppers and steak. 2 or 3 of the slices had no. Steak and two or three slices had no bell peppers. You got 1 person making the pizza and you got 1 person pulling it out of the oven and putting it in the box. Is there no quality control??

I bought small pizza and a Philly steak and cheese sandwich. The sandwich was thin with hardly no toppings. Times have changed all over. For Years l only bought Domino's. I broke my foot and I lived off Domino's. They would deliver.

Was headed out of town so i ordered for my family still at home. Daughter texted me at 750 saying the food still not there. Called store spoke to manager who asked driver where he put it. He put it on the cement steps at the front door and didnt knock or let anyone know where he put it. By the time my family found it the boxes were covered in ants. I was too angry to call and complain. Lesson learned to make sure i give specific instructions DONT PUT MY FOOD ON THE GROUND

Ordered pick up a week or two ago and my husband had to go back again after picking up and getting home because they didn’t give him one of the pizzas. They gave a gift card for a free specialty pizza for the inconvenience. Went to order today for delivery and I always order with the ‘two or more items for $6.99 each’ online coupon. You can only use one coupon online so I called to ask how I can use my free pizza coupon with my usual order. The guy said I can’t, I would have to bring in the coupon or pay two delivery fees if he put in the order for just my free pizza since I can only use one coupon with an online order. No other resolution. What is the point of giving a free pizza for your bad order execution if I have to jump through hoops to redeem it.
