I moved here recently from Arizona and had a hankering for Mexican food! El Mirador did not disappoint! The decor, music and food brought me right back to Tucson or Phoenix! ❤️ Food was delicious, especially the corn tortillas. Staff was friendly and very attentive...highly recommended! 😋😋

Good standard Mexican family style fare, which is what we were looking for. We had the carne asada and the Tacos al carbon. Service was good except for a minor snafu with the check which was corrected.

I wanted to love this place because I love the one on Terrace Heights Dr but it was a bad version of it
You walk in to a giant handwritten sign that says you only get 2 baskets of chips & will be charged for the 3. Ok cool, good to know.
It was very empty for a Friday night around dinner time even so it took a long time to get a server to come to our table.
Once you are seated in the most uncomfortable, sunken in, low to the ground bench seats with a table that is such a tight squeeze that if you are bigger than a size 4, a medium sized man, pregnant or even take a deep breathe you are risking the table digging in and possibly breaking your ribs.
We asked for a drinks menu and we're handed a bent, sticky, faded menu with generic drink listing's like "Margarita" and "Pina Colada" no flavor option's no beer list.
The menu looked generic and limited. Nothing to rave about.
I am sure some people would like this place but if you are looking for authentic Mexican food with good service. I would not recommend this place.

It's ok. Kind of expensive for what you get. And it was a Saturday so they were out of house margaritas!??

They gave me outdated food. And I got a bad case of food poison.

The whole experience, right down to the mint that came with the check, was the absolute best. I had the enchiladas a la creama and it was DEVINE! Will come back again!
Kid-friendliness: They were very sweet to my daughter and have a pretty good kids menu

Went mid-day and were seated immediately our waitress Esmerelda was kind, personable, and attentive to our needs. Our food was hot and good. We sampled Esmerelda favorite drinks.
