This was our first trip back to Yakima in 15 years. We Googled for a good Mexican restaurant and picked El Pastor. We were impressed with the friendly service and made to order food. Best we have had in a long time! Highly recommend. We were in Yakima for the fog show, so we took our food to go.

Our server was very pleasant and did a great job taking our order from 6 people. Food was brought out and after that we only saw our server one time.
Food was good but nothing to brag about.

We received outstanding and caring service for our Saturday lunch. I had two enchiladas (one chicken, one cheese) and while I would have liked a bit more spice in it, I know that's not the case for everyone so they are best to stick with mild. Especially since it was easily remedied with maybe the most perfect side salsa that I've ever had. Thoroughly enjoyable, along with great beans and rice.

I live 2 hours away but El Pastor has given me great incentive...
