Couldn't eat the tacos de lengua it was overcooked. The lengua meat was too hard. Its suppose to be chewy not rubbery. My tacos de asada were way tok salty amd so was the Burrito. I just wanted to try a new truck. I won't be returning.

(Translated by Google) The food here is really very good. Especially very fresh, the waiting time is sometimes an inconvenience for us, but really here every minute you wait is worth it. The best place to eat Mexican food in the city!!!(Original)De verdad la comida aquí es muy rica. Sobre todo muy fresca, el tiempo de espera a veces nos suele ser un inconveniente, pero de verdad aquí cada minuto que esperas vale la pena. El mejor lugar para comer comida Mexicana en la ciudad!!!

As many who are close to me, already know, I have an affinity for delicious gas station food. Well, the spot is not technically inside of a gas station, it sits just outside, and therefore was the spot that I was immediately drawn to!This relatively brightly colored taco truck sitting outside of a Conoco station is serving some delicious food, including one of the, favorite takes on a classic that I've had in a long time. This unassuming little taco truck sells the standard tacos, tortas and burritos, but also has a couple more interesting items for purchase. The most interesting of which is the quesadillo- The masculine form of the childhood favorite is an absolute next level delight! The corn tortilla is thicc, with two C's! It's fluffy, warm and a little bit chewy, and beautifully contains all the wonderful mess that is the quesadillo! The grilled meat within and cheese that holds it together is delightful, but the real showstopper here is the layer of literally grilled cheese that is placed as a buffer between the shell and the meat. I'm not talking grilled cheese like the classic kid sandwich, I'm talking delicious cheese that is placed on a griddle, crisped on one side, and then placed on the tortilla-it's like a cheese pillow top for your lunch! I also ordered half a dozen tortillas for a couple other folks that had requested something, and I may have eaten one of the adobada tacos. The tacos were also quite good!Add in one of six or eight flavors of Jarito and you've got yourself a lunch fit for a King!in addition to the delicious food that is available here, he also has a number of trinkets and toys that are available for purchase. Truly a one stop shop! This is a spot you should definitely check out!

My husband & I have challenged our selves to visit as many food trucks in Yakima that we could find. A very fun activity. We have visited most and this one has great food, the owners are the best. If one wants a treat...you need to visit.

Handmade tortillas, fresh made food to order. The best Mexican food in town!
