This is hands down my favorite bakery in Yakima! It has been for years and I have not realized I'd never done a review for it. I'm a fairly accomplished baker myself. And so I can tell you from personal experience and expertise that these guys are exceptional!!! I can make good bread but I buy theirs weekly. My favorite being the Palouse (sp?). Their desserts are to die for and if you happen on a day when they're making their fresh pretzel rolls do yourself a favor...
We came in for a late lunch and although almost everything was sold out already, because of their fame, we still had a magnificent sandwich, coffee and a cheesecake to die for. Ryan’s place has a very cool artistic vibe.
I adore this bakery! The staff are all so lovely, their pastries are always delicious, and it's just so comfy and inviting.
Today I went with my dad and halfway through our drinks a fumble happened that resulted in his drink spilling all over the floor. The staff were extremely gracious and quick to help clean it up and even offered a replacement drink despite the spill being our fault.
