It's to bad when u ask for your hamburger to not be over cooked...crunchies and tell lady cooking you would not be able to eat it if so. Then it comes scrunchie on outside. To bad my husband had cancer so has hard time chewing! Won't be back! Just inconsiderate of custermers! Only ones there no excuse!
Burgers were great! Except when you get everything on it what you think is pickles tomato Mayo etcetera, you don't know that it's also mushrooms. Fries were good but very greasy
We tried 5 guys when they first opened and weren't impressed. However, since then, we've been a few times, and I'm really impressed by the burgers. Toppings are fresh, beef is very juicy with good flavor, and the buns are great. You get a ton of fries with a regular order, so it is easy to share one order with two people. Fries can be a bit soft and overseasoned. But, the burgers really set this place apart from the likes of McDonald's and Burger King.
