I ordered a custom birthday cake and it came out exactly how I wanted, it was so stunning. It was perfect, huge, and looked like the reference. She also made the frosting not too sweet, since there was a lot of it for sake of decoration, and it balanced out the taste. I'm so grateful for her hard work, and it really made my birthday special. I hope you give her your business, it really is worth it.

What a find!! Wish I would have known about it earlier. Best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had, by far. Great coffee. Very enjoyable and relaxing environment. Will go back soon to try other things on the menu and a latte.

We placed this order for my son and his wife for their baby shower. I showed the first picture to the young lady there multiple times and stated this is the cake I want. It's a two tier cake. Multiple times she said a 6"4 would make the tree look odd, but a 8 would be better. I said let's do the 6 for the bottom. I paid a deposit and left. I came back a few minutes later and said let's do the 8 instead. Now in my mind the picture I showed her and the same picture she sent to her boss was a 8 layer cake with the top tier being 4 layers. I showed up today and the second picture seen is the cake I received. She asked if I loved it and I told her it's nice but it's not the cake I ordered. There was some back and forth talking and she said she thought I had said no to the second tier. I told her no this is what it was suppose to be and showed her the picture again. She said she must have misunderstood me and apologized. That left me very upset as this was a surprise cake for my son and daughter-n-law. I went ahead and paid the rest owed which was $145. In total it was $195. I did say had I know it was one tier I would have not paid that much. She then told me the two tier would have been more expensive. To that I said money wasn't an option for this cake. It was a surprise for the kids. I took the cake and got in my car and just cried because I was so upset and I had been so excited for the kids (24 & 25 olds) to see the cake I thought I was getting. We did try to call the store once I got home and there was no answer. Everyone at the baby shower (40 people) were shocked to hear about what had happened and asked if we were at least offer a partial refund. Nope just sorry I guess I misunderstood. I don't normally leave reviews, but this one just hit me in a bad way. I guess the one thing to take from this is to make sure even if you repeat it six times, I'm getting a two tier cake correct?

This is the worst overpriced bakery I have ever been. I was so disappointed of what was made, she saw the inspiration picture and it was a complete disappointment, not the size she said it was going to be. I ordered marble cake and got something else. There was no topper included. complete disastrous cake. I was embarrased to give this cake on my sons birthday party, NO ONE ATE THE CAKE! It was not worth my money to just get box cake, had the worst taste, the buttercream had an odd taste, it all just fell apart when i sliced the cake. I chose the worst place to go for my sons first birthday, she did ruin this day. I asked for a call back from the owner, never happened. Do not recommend!!! I expect a "cake" business to have appropriate boxing to go with the cake!!! Such an unprofessional business, the detail on the cake needs improvement. 0/10.

Went to my friend’s 50th birthday party, we worked so hard to make it flip flop/Hawaiian theme, because she dreams of Hawaii always, anyways her loving husband went through this place to get her cake. It was suppose to be a sheet cake with a flip flop on it, for 40 people, but what showed up was not that, she sent a GIANT flip flop shaped cake that was 5-6 inches thick, the pieces were huge and the cake pieces would fall apart from it being so heavy. The way it was packed was terrible the frosting was all messed up. We had to try and use a straw to salvage it.

Husband and I went for the first time today, and definitely not impressed. Price point of the bakeries I’m used to, just under $5 a cupcake. But the cupcakes from Safeway that you get for birthday parties taste better, this tastes like boxed cake mix which I don’t expect from a bakery, icing was very runny, and it wasn’t worth the money to have cute decorations on a not so good cupcake.
