1/4 of my chicken order was mush breading with 0 chicken in it. Just a pile of mush breading on the bottom of the tray that takes up 1/4 of the space. The rest was ok but another chicken order was buried in celery and onion and little chicken. I guess that's the secret

So rude!!!! I called to see if I needed to make a reservation. The woman uttered something and I couldn't understand her. Then she started yelling at me, "How many! How many!" We will go somewhere else for our Christmas Eve dinner and I will NEVER do business with Great Shanghai again!

We come here all the time and think this place is great! The quantity and quality is great. We have been to many Chinese places and always leave unsatisfied because of how great this place is. The owner has always been exceptionally nice to us over the years of coming here. We always get general T'so and pork fried rice just one order feeds 3 of us with left over sometimes.
