Visited Indaba for the first time today. I was impressed with the kind knowledgeable employees, and their signature Butterscotch latte was SO YUMMY! I also had their bacon avocado toast which was truly the best I have had in a long time!! I think I found my fav new sit down coffee/tea shop!

I'm picky about my coffee and I never thought I could find a place that uses coffee grounds that tastes the way coffee should be the kind that grows hair on your chest.16-ounce Hot Mocha with 3-shots. That's the way to do it.

Food is good when they actually serve it.The main reason I came here today was to get food. I arrived just after 2:15pm and was told that they turn their ovens off after 2pm, with a whole hour before closing. There was only one other customer in the whole building. I was told that “we don’t want to go too far out of our way an hour before closing.” I asked if they would go to the effort. The staff member said, “No, I wouldn’t.”I got a protein puck for my pregnant wife because she needed at least something, and will be leaving hungry myself. Disappointed. This was a chance to make my experience a really good one with just a little effort. I’ll still come here, but less often.Their Wi-Fi password is ‘love people’ but they seem to love their protocols more.Coffee is not as good as Catalyst Coffee downtown.Edit:Following the reply to this review, I will probably not be returning to Indaba.I was calm and measured with the staff member, asked simple questions and did not raise my voice. They didn’t seem very upset at the time, so any so called ‘breakdown’ over coffee and sandwiches is likely to be exaggerated and seems a little preposterous.

Such an amazing experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The place is clean and aesthetic. The coffee and food was also delightful. I loved their hot chocolate (which they do with latte art) and their house butterscotch latte. They also have board games!! 10/10 would come again.

One of Yakima's best kept coffee secrets. Great atmosphere, amazing coffee, very wonderful people. It's a great place to meet a friend or just bring your laptop. Very creative drinks - I personally love the Cafe Miel and Lemon Vanilla Latte. Get the artisan toast too!
Met a friend for avocado toast and cappuccino at Indaba. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also purchased some coffee to take home. Some of the best coffee ever. Great addition to Yakima. Highly recommend.
