Not only is the day shift completely incompetent but they also refuse to fix the mistakes they make and when it was brought to their attention that they had completely screwed up a 90$ order they met me with a bunch of runaround profanity claiming that they had not made a mistake in the first place but if I wanted the matter corrected that I would have to come back the following morning just so they could get me out of their hair I've been eating jack in the box for a long time and I know better than most that a double jack comes with two patties not one and on top of everything else they then refused to provide straws for the milkshakes Feb 17 6:48 pm

Jack and the box on 1st Street I found that the drive thru is average wait with no cars and was asked to wait at the front door where I had a homeless lady asking for change. The fries were disgusting and the jr. Burger was delicious.
Parking: Felt uncomfortable with homeless people walking around there.

The staff seem nice. The food is edible. The fries are good and you can’t really mess up a cola…the burgers though….omg!!…if the burger I’m ordering shows to have lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles etc. why does none of the burgers come with it. The burgers appearance isnt picture perfect and I understand why. After the 4th or 5th burger, no more burgers. They look like they were literally thrown together. I’ll stop at bk on the way home. NOW THEY CAN MAKE A BACON CHEESE BURGER with FRESH VEGGIES.

We love thier bacon cheeseburgers. We always order from the app and take advantage of 2 for 1 deals. Fast good is expensive these days but the wise shoppers make out. They usually have good deals available. Food is always hot and tastes sooooo good. Employees are always pleasant.

I Slipped and fell on my bottom, staff didn't Eben bother to look. The floor was slippery like of someone from the kitchen had walked through there or idk if it was water. They had caution yellow signs behind the wall of the bathroom. I asked for an accident report, they claimed it was only for employees, i called corporate, they never returned my call. . So be cargo at this place.

They have really stepped up their game because the chicken wings are phenomenal. You would never think that Jack in the box would excel at chicken wings but they have done it. I'm a huge fan

I just ordered from this place and my spicy nacho chicken sandwich legit came with a slice a cheese isn’t it supposed be Nacho cheese on it not a slice of cheese like wtf is this? Not only that I waited an hour for my food

Waited 15 minutes from start to finish to get my food. Ordered two number threes. They wanted to give me just the burgers. Finally got them to get me the whole meal. Didn’t even ask if I wanted just the burger or the meal. Anyways I was waiting in the parking area and 15 homeless people just hangin around. 3 of them were asking me for money. Then when my order came out they did not have my sodas so after I got my sodas I was finally on my way. After 30 dollars I don’t think I’m ever going back. Fries cold. Anyways have a blessed day.
