Had a bad experience with one jack n box on 40th so tried south first street and again another bad experience. Ordered through uber the jack party bundle a shake and large drink. The drinks were good , food when it arrived was missing tacos! Jack n box please do something about your people it is frustrating for us customers to use a service and “trust “ that your employees care to get the orders correct. After many bad experiences and no follow up from corporate complaints I will have to permanently cut ties. DO BETTER JACK!

Worst experience ever. I have been waiting outside for my food for already nearly an hour. I'm not even exaggerating. I was told I cannot get a refund until the morning. I live an hour and a 1/2 away. The cook came out to verify my order after almost an hour because they can't get it together inside the store. Worst experience I should have just gone to McDonald's.
Yes my name is Ikea Owens I went in there Friday on the 1st end up getting sick because I walked over three of the tables were dirty food on the table on the floor the bathrooms ain't been clean she only place I went to on the 1st and I come back next day I get sick and been in my house for the last 3 days they need to teach those employees how to clean and disinfect or be turned into the health department because the bathroom wasn't even clean so I ended up getting sick because of that restaurant and that was the only place I went that day now I've been stuck in my house for 3 days because their employees can't clean the place someone needs to turn them into the health department or fire their employees and don't know how to clean they get paid to sit on their butt why everybody else gets sick

Went to the Union Gap Jack in the Box after leaving the ER at 3:45 am. I pulled up and the lady asked me to order when ready. I told her I wanted #15, the grilled chicken on a sour dough. Right after she tells me that she can't take my order. I asked, any order? She said hmm no! And that was it. Didn't give me no reason! Then I call the other store on first and they were closed from 4-5. Called the one on teiton and same thing! Like why not keep at least one open! 24 hrs my... so disappointing 😞

So i left one store because they told me that they were closed just to go to this one. Its 4:33am and they told me that they are closed until 5am.. i pulled up and the employees are just hanging out outside talking and once again.. i am leaving disappointed. If i could give no stars i would.. the 1 stars that i gave aren't diserving. I hope that they turn this around before they end up like Big Lots.
