Who I presume to be the manager was on the phone while assisting in the back. She was speaking so loud I could hear the whole conversation. Foul language in the back was really bad. The seating area was absolutely disgusting. Dirty tables, chairs and floor. No condiments available and the soda machine was nasty. I will never eat there again.

Every time I go to get breakfast at around 4:30, it’s the same excuse of either their frier is down, or their computer is updating. I have heard these excuses about 5 times within a month. Went back this morning (01/18/24) to give them one last chance and their “computers are updating” seems like an excuse they use when they don’t feel like working. And unfortunately it’s the same exact story for the other jack in the box on 40th & Tieton. Will not be going back anymore.

Tables and chairs could be cleaner, but the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
We were rushed ordering, and the lady had a terrible attitude. We ordered a shake and didn't get charged for it, and it was a whole mess at the window. She wanted us to go all the way around to order again. I ordered the mini loaded tacos, and as you can see, it wasn't very loaded. It seems these places have given up their quality for the quantity. Yes, it is the holidays and I'm sure everyone is very busy this time of year. Just like we worked really hard to be able to go eat out. We just wanted to enjoy a quick little lunch, and that's the experience we had at this location.

@ aprox 10:30 am I ordered a stacked croissant and got a standard croissant with an egg on top and bottom of the sausage, that's not what was advertised as a stacked croissant and it cost $7.49 ...
I don't think I will return.

It was really messy and the fires were greasy but really good
Only one person on the counter and though no other patrons, I had to wait for service. There was a special that if I donated a dollar toward hunger relief, I could get free curly fries. They were overcooked, hard, and not able to eat them, so I threw them away. The two tacos were ok. They tasted good but very thin filling, but at 2 for $1.99, I didn't expect a gourmet meal.Parking: Lots of space.

If I can give a negative I would they consistently think sweet and sour is teriyaki..you guys always give me sweet and sour when I ask for the other one .. I will never spend another dollar at jack in the box
