This location is one of the dirtiest locations I’ve been to. There are employees touching raw and then cooked foods with their bare hands… no gloves… no hair nets… they are sloppy, and don’t seem to care for customer service or the well being of anyone eating at their location. How this place passes code is truly questionable.

This place has to be the sloppiest spot of all and they don’t wear hair nets no gloves touching everything in the kitchen including pulling up their sleeves then proceeded to grab food before washing hands. Ate half my taco and lost my appetite after I seen this.
Wasn't open when listed. Says 24hours but was closed at 3:55am and the lady in drive thru stated they were closed until 5am. Waste of my money getting a ride to them

To the young person working the register at the Jack in the Box on the corner of 40th and Tieton in Yakima:
I'm sorry my 8 year old autistic child's excitement at the novelty of ordering at a fast food restaurant upset you so much you felt the need to huff and click your tongue in clear irritation when she couldn't decide between chicken nuggets or curly fries.
I'm also equally apologetic that I could only afford one $5 meal and when my child expressed her whiny displeasure at not being allowed to have one all to herself you felt it necessary to heavy sigh and mutter 'oh my god' under your breath, like she had done something inexcusable.
Please forgive this struggling mother for attempting to feed her two hungry kids and having the audacity to come into the restaurant at 1120 today and expecting to be treated like human beings.
And to your coworker who stood beside you and did nothing while this happened, as I apologized multiple times, again I say, I am so sorry.
How could I be so selfish?
It won't happen again.

Needed a quick bite on way home and this was close to where we were shopping. Hadn't been to a JIB for years. $5 menu had plenty to eat. Was tasty, could not finish it all. Apparently even open 24 hours.
I usually get a meal after work here and there and thoroughly enjoy it. Shoutout to the overnight shift ladies, they are very friendly and have never messed up my orders ^___^

The food was dependently wonderful. I ordered the Swiss and shroom melt and I have to tell you it was phenomenal one of the best burgers I've had in a long long time. I'm 50 plus years old so I've eaten a lot of burgers. Please take my word for it. Try the melts. I believe there are three of them. Each of them are equally tasty. The service I received was polite to the point and highly professional. I strongly recommend making a trip to Jack in The box even if it's just for a snack. In my ratings I gave the atmosphere a three star only because I didn't go inside. Please if you like this post give it a like. Thank you.
