Service could be better

Super rude employees from simply asking for an item that is supposed to be on ordered item, and not giving sauces that were requested on order and being told they are in the bag, once checking your order and you ask for the sauces the give attitude like they are coming out of their pay or something! I payed for items and your establishment has them for us the consumers if we request them they need to work on the service BAD at this location!

So I was against coming back to this establishment for quite a few years. Both times I had visited were at night and it was an awful experience. The staff was so rude and acted so inconvenienced by me asking for a simple alteration of my order. Well I went back last night, the staff was incredible. Very accommodating, extremely polite. They understood that the app wouldn't let me make alterations so they worked with me to make sure that I got my order exactly like I wanted. They were very apologetic even though it's not their fault. The food was hot and fresh. Overall a great experience, and I will be coming back. It seems like they cleaned house and the staff is much better. Great job guys keep up the excellent work!

My order was called in. I arrived at the exact time it was to be completed. Trump I went up to the counter and I asked the gentleman if my order was ready and he asked me to wait a few moments and I said sure. I waited for 12 minutes, and noticed a sack later sitting under the heat lamps in the fry station. I asked the girl wearing glasses, working the fry area, if that was my order. She responded very rudely saying well I don’t know. She then looked at the order and asked if it was my name she saw on the order. I said yes. Then she tossed it on the counter. Frustrated, I took my package got in the car, headed home, only to find out that they left out the sourdough jack, one meal complete meal, so I went back to the store to let them know. By that time 40 minutes had passed, half of my order was cold the other half missing. I approached Taylor, the person who asked me to wait at the very beginning, to give me a refund as I was out of time and could not wait any longer. I spent another 15 minutes waiting for him to learn how to do the refund. Meanwhile, the girl operating the Fry station continued to give me dirty looks as if I had done something wrong. Taylor was kind and patient and offered apologies, but this girl treated your customer horribly. Once I received my refund, I thanked Taylor for his help and I told the girl I was going to report the incident. She then said have a blessed day, laughing at me as I was leaving. I will not be treated that way in any establishment nor will I ever return. As a pioneer of this city, I have no problem giving an honest review especially if this sort of treatment is acceptable at your establishment. I have also been in the industry my entire life and so was my father. Customers should be treated respectfully. Period!

Can't get orders right having you go to the front to pick up your order when you're in the Drive-Thru happens all the time always running out of things
