Just waited in the drive through for 5 minutes to be told they were out of poppers and curly fries. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I will literally never come to this JIB again. Service zero stars!!!!

We went to grab some food for us as we were waiting at the hospital and most everything food wise was cold. To start, you couldn't hear the person on the drive-through speaker. It took forever, and when we got to the window, she was even hard to hear in person! Got our food and made sure it was all there. I got a salad. She put it in the bag and handed it to me on its side! It was all messed up with her doing that. I will never order it again! The dressing tasted like chemicals and spice. I got 2 very small tomatoes! Very little grilled chicken too...(southwest salad). When I asked her what was on it you could tell she had to read a description. Right after we got our order (btw it was cash only that night). We went directly back to the hospital less than 5 min away. Everyone was taking out their food... All the burgers and fries were cold! The fries only looked like they were just dipped in the hot oil so they weren't still frozen. Absolutely disgusted at this point. No one wanted to finish their meal and it was over $40 worth of food! I got a photo of the inside of one of the burgers I will add to this! I would have driven 15 min away to another Jack in the Box before and will never tell anyone to go to this one on 40th and Tieton in Yakima, WA!! Beyond disgusting!!

This place is pretty bad, I know, we can't expect much from fast food but all I wanted was a milkshake and I was in line for almost a half hour. I would've backed out had there not been cars behind me. Their service is a joke.

Ordered a loaded breakfast sandwich. Missing its sausage. Cheese not melted. Bread not toasted. Nothing about the sandwich was right and I was the only person there. Ridiculous.
