The prices are outrageous for not even using fresh ingredients and mediocre taste. Also, I ordered one of their lemonade drinks, and why was almost three quarters of the drink just straight up ice?? $5 for this!

I love Jamba Juice but this one in Yakima is a little lazy. They take forever and I feel they over blend our drinks! Also the prices are just too much! We don’t go to Jamba anymore because of prices but they are very good if you go to a good one!!

Worst Jamba I have ever gone to in my life. It doesnt matter the time of day I go, every single time I ask for a carrot juice they tell menits broken they are out of carrots or they broke it down for the day at latest 7pm they said its down for the day i asked what time would be best they say before 7pm when they close at 9pm so I got at 6pm they tell me its down by 5pm to be cleaned im sick of this store and their excuses. Something needs to get done I'm going to call corp on Monday.
There's a sign stating that this is a drive-thru only location due to the cost of labor. Every item is around $10 and you're telling me you can't pay for one more employee that's embarrassing.
