Another trip out west where I can't find a good sandwich. Until I happen to find myself in Yakima Washington we're low and behold I found a Jersey Mike’s. Thank goodness. I can always count on the food being up to par with a good homemade sandwich. I can always trust that the staff is really nice. At this visit, I got to meet the manager, Chris and his lovely staff who helped us out expediently and deliciously. The restaurant was very clean and inviting and I highly recommend it if you're on the road. Thanks all!

Excellent service. Daytime manager is super friendly and has made sure orders are completed on-time. I placed a larger order later than I normally would have liked and the staff still had it ready a few minutes early. Will look to come here as often as I can moving forward. Food has been excellent as well.

Stopped here for dinner in the middle of a long road trip. The staff was so patient with my two kids who were just giant balls of rambunctious after being couped up in the car for a long time. They answered all 50,000 of my kids' question with a smile and a chuckle as well. And the gentleman that cooked my wife's sandwich made a mistake on the order and instead of getting upset at my wife for noticing the mistake like I see at most places these days, he was vert apologetic and offered to get another one out as quickly as he could. Store was clean, staff was awesome and food was delicious!

The entire staff is courteous and friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in.
The food is excellent, and the staff does a great job recommending dishes to anyone who is new. The atmosphere is inviting and pleasant, making it my go-to place for lunch.
Due to health reasons, I have to watch my calorie intake. Fortunately, their app allows me to build a sandwich and see the calorie and carb count, which I can adjust by modifying the toppings. This feature is incredibly convenient and helps me stick to my dietary goals.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for its great food, friendly staff, and accommodating atmosphere.
