Was standing in line with the family the guy took my wife and kids order then proceeded to ignore me then started making there sandwich and when he passed it along to the next person to finish the sandwich he ask what can I get you I stepped forward and he says no the guy behind you and proceeded to ignore me and take his order and start making his sandwich needless to say I won’t be back

If you have never had Jersey Mike's before you want be disappointed. And if you have this Jersey Mike's will taste just how you expect DELICIOUS! If you haven't get your sandwich Mike's way, and then add anything else you like to it. Mike's way just adds that extra Chef's kiss.

My friend came over from Seattle and she has Celiac and a very serious case. They went above and beyond to make sure there was no cross contamination and unlike other places were happy to do so. I personally had never been there but ordered my husband a sub as well and he LOVED it. We will be back for sure!

Even though we came in with a big group, they were efficient and warm with each person. They made it a point to make eye contact and ask each customer how their day was. Made the little longer line totally okay!

White bread turkey roast beef provolone cheese was supposed to get tomatoes no tomatoes supposed to get the red wine vinegar on fairly any turkey on it and the meat did not have any flavor I will never go there again 30 bucks for two regular sandwiches no way I'll get my subs at Quiznos or Safeway
Idk who that old guy is that works there. But he DROWNED my sandwich in oil. Literally such an obsessive amount I genuinely feel he did it on purpose. I was on my lunch break i work 10 minutes out from Jersey Mike. I asked it to be remade and he said I’d have to get back in line I’ve NEVER in my life left a building so full of rage.
I ordered a sub in a tub it came with alot of stuff missing. What you have to pay for these it should come the way it was ordered. I have just foot surgery so my boyfriend picked it up for me. I couldn't take it back if i could.

I will only ever give restaurants 5 stars because I know how hard it is to run a business and how crazy it can be during rush hours/lunch/dinner. I love ordering your sandwiches for lunch, and that wont change based on one bad experience. I'm NOT here to hate on a business or their employees. Today I ordered online and every other time I've ordered it has been waiting for me. Today you all dropped the ball. It was frustrating to have people who came in after me get their food first. I could see my sandwich just sitting their completed but with no one cutting and wrapping it because employees kept asking the people who were walking in what their name was and then prioritizing their order, finishing it, and handing it to them. (and I'm not talking about people who ordered before me. I could see her getting the ones from the printer when mine was already on the wall and prep work completed) I saw my completed sandwich sitting for over 5 minutes before finally saying something. I don't like to be a complainer. But the system for the online orders could be more streamlined, or put someone that can work efficiently doing the cutting and wrapping of the online orders.
