Food is mediocre. Service is kinda horrible. Granted it was packed but took them awhile to take our order and check if we need anything else.

The person on the phone was very nice, but when we went in to pick up our order, not one person at register acknowledged us. They all walked away to do other things even though they saw us walk in. One waitress even came to grab something from behind counter, I tried to make eye contact but she acted like we weren’t there. That left a bad taste in our mouth.
The food was actually good but I wouldn’t want to eat in restaurant. I like to go out to eat for ambiance as well as food and there isn’t any in here. Lighting was super bright, nothing on walls, no decoration, felt like a cafeteria

From the entrance I was greeted with a very warm welcoming. Amazing vibes. Very helpful and eager to assist.
Enjoyed my first visit and definitely will return when I’m in the area!!!

I was a bit starved after my drive to Seattle, to drop off my Uncle. I didn't know what I wanted until I saw their menu in the app.
The service was prompt they greeted me as soon as, the atmosphere was nice but I didn't stay. Was tired from the drive too.
Once home, I can say the food presentation looked delicious. But it was a little too salty for me. I ate all of it though. Being hungry and all, still will give them 4 stars.

I ordered something over the phone and it ended up not being what I thought I ordered. I called back and spoke with a female employee who decided to argue with me instead of being kind and helpful.

I am not a regular customer so the menu was a little confusing.

I actually called this employee out on “arguing with me” and told her this is really horrible customer service. She refused to give me her name but told me I could speak with the manager. The Manager called me back which means now she knows which employee it was.

The funny part is I ended up liking what I mistakenly ordered. So I suggested to the Manager to teach these girls 👧 kindness and they could have said something like, “I’m sorry this happened, maybe you will like it and if you don’t, we will do what we can to make it right.

In the last two years I told everyone I know this place has the best Sushi in town, but after this experience. “Hell No!!!

Now I have a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be going back because the service is so lousy.

My mom loves the food from there so i took her tonight and the owner and his wife are always nice when we go but tonight the two waitresses on duty were rude to me and my mom. There was no spots left to sit in the front because it was full of people who ordered takeout so me and my mom had to sit at one of the tables. They never called out our order and then when a waitress came to ask about our order 20minutes later we said we were waiting still for the order. I then went up to pay for the order and the other waitress who took our order said “i don't know why they waited over there way in the back” with an attitude. I thought that was rude and uncalled for especially since im always nice to the food service people and always tip when i go to this restaurant even when its take out. Also there was a reason we couldnt sit in the front and if she wouldve called out the order we wouldve known to get it. Anyways good luck to jessie and his wife on their business

Chicken teriyaki is good ! But they could come around more and get you refills, I had to ask for a refill and I already finished my food...
