We’ve heard this place was great- so we had to go see for ourselves! As we walked in, a nice man in a “Jessie’s” shirt greeted us in the parking lot, if this was the owner, just know that little gesture meant a lot to us. I chose pork teriyaki with noodles. My husband got the spicy beef yakisoba sub fried rice. Kids got various kids menu items. Mine was absolutely amazing- teriyaki on point!! My husbands was… wait for it—amazing too!! Great portions and lovely salads to go with; great prices even! Being that it is relatively new, I’d say based on the business and food, they are on the fast track to somewhere great!

The only two things I’d say I’d would like to see (IMHO) would be a sign at the door (maybe even some menus handy) because we stood there for a hot minute wondering if we seat ourselves. When we sat down there were tables around us that that had to ask for menus because we got ours before they did. So just something on the door telling people what to do, would really help productivity.

The other thing? My husband is a FRIED RICE CONNOISSEUR 🤣 his words after we ordered were “if this fried rice is as good as those plates look, we will be back here every weekend.” He was STOKED looking at the plates around us; but after he got his food, said the fried rice wasn’t great. Seemed like white rice with veggies, not fried, not a lot of flavor.

You guys were super busy too! No judgment, just honesty. We will be back!

Best tasting sushi I've had. I was helped by some new workers so I sadly can't vouch for the service too much, though nothing bad came out of it.

Food is mediocre. Service is kinda horrible. Granted it was packed but took them awhile to take our order and check if we need anything else.

The person on the phone was very nice, but when we went in to pick up our order, not one person at register acknowledged us. They all walked away to do other things even though they saw us walk in. One waitress even came to grab something from behind counter, I tried to make eye contact but she acted like we weren’t there. That left a bad taste in our mouth.
The food was actually good but I wouldn’t want to eat in restaurant. I like to go out to eat for ambiance as well as food and there isn’t any in here. Lighting was super bright, nothing on walls, no decoration, felt like a cafeteria

From the entrance I was greeted with a very warm welcoming. Amazing vibes. Very helpful and eager to assist.
Enjoyed my first visit and definitely will return when I’m in the area!!!

I was a bit starved after my drive to Seattle, to drop off my Uncle. I didn't know what I wanted until I saw their menu in the app.
The service was prompt they greeted me as soon as, the atmosphere was nice but I didn't stay. Was tired from the drive too.
Once home, I can say the food presentation looked delicious. But it was a little too salty for me. I ate all of it though. Being hungry and all, still will give them 4 stars.

I ordered something over the phone and it ended up not being what I thought I ordered. I called back and spoke with a female employee who decided to argue with me instead of being kind and helpful.

I am not a regular customer so the menu was a little confusing.

I actually called this employee out on “arguing with me” and told her this is really horrible customer service. She refused to give me her name but told me I could speak with the manager. The Manager called me back which means now she knows which employee it was.

The funny part is I ended up liking what I mistakenly ordered. So I suggested to the Manager to teach these girls 👧 kindness and they could have said something like, “I’m sorry this happened, maybe you will like it and if you don’t, we will do what we can to make it right.

In the last two years I told everyone I know this place has the best Sushi in town, but after this experience. “Hell No!!!

Now I have a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be going back because the service is so lousy.
