We had sandwiches for take out that were for lunch the next day. I had the double roast beef which was delicious. I love the bread and options at Jimmy Johns.
The stores need a rethink. A lot of the signs that were probably created 10-20 years ago are quite tone deaf to today’s society and some simply belittle people. I don’t see the need and it’s put me off. I’m not sure I will be back.

First time at a Jimmy John's and we are impressed. Fast, I mean FAST service, friendly employees, clean store, great environment. I'll be back for sure.

Employees were less than friendly, keep in mind the base sandwich only have 2oz of meat on them, so 2 pieces. I ordered the unwich, and was pretty disappointed. It definitely needed salt and pepper but they have none. The cheese was flavorless as well as the one tomato slice. The person I was with had a regular sandwich and they had much more meat, cheese and tomato. However it still needed some salt and pepper but none available. They said the bread is good. Overall I won't return.

Well, I went into Jimmy John’s here in downtown Yakima expecting some good service and a great meal. I got neither. The crew behind the counter acted like a bunch of kids giggling and looking at each other. My 6 inch BLT was missing the tomato. So anyway the bun, the bread was hard and it looked like it was shrunk. It looked like the circumference of a 3 inch piece of steel, which is like really small. Even smaller when you don’t get the tomatoes.

Have to share this experience I just had. I ordered my sandwich with avocado. And then I went through the sandwich and didn't see any. Which normally I can open it and see it clearly. I told them that I didn't get any avocado After I took a bite at the table. I went to tell them I didn't get any avocado. If they can give me a side. She told me bring the sandwich back so we can remake. I said I don't need it to be made again. Just give me on the side. She said. Well I have to see if your lying. And then I said. So your going to go through my sandwich? Then she went through every slice every lettuce and said. Here I found it! ;)...I'm like oh yeah I see that sliver of avocado now...hahaa...sorry I missed it. But you just picked through through each little piece of my whole sandwich. No. I don't think I want that anymore..sadly. next time I'll be sure to go through each crevice to make sur I didn't miss it.

Went in on Sunday, 7/28/24, with my wife, daughter & her friend. First time going inside a Jimmy John’s. We all said hello and not one of the 3 employees said a word. We were the only ones in there. They looked disgusted that we were there. Ordered the food and the dead on the inside rock of a human working the register said next to nothing. Not a smile, head nod or anything. We paid and said thank you and still nothing. The two making the sandwiches had their ear buds in and seemed to not care whatsoever. When the sandwiches were done, the lifeless bags of flesh called out our name or number, I don’t remember and we grabbed our sandwiches, said thank you, and still nothing. Not a word. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in Yakima. Jimmy John’s, do yourself a favor and fire those 3. They aren’t helping your business at all. Just hurting it.

I’ve always loved jimmy John’s but today I ordered lunch and it took them over an hour to deliver it and they messed up my order

I placed a delivery order and I received the wrong order. It was the right sub but the special instructions were wrong. I even called back after I ordered to confirm the order because I felt like the person that took my order was not really attentive to what I was saying. I called back a third time for a refund but they said they could only redeliver and NOT issue a refund. I told them I would like a refund since I would not be able to eat since I was no longer on lunch break. Staff had a careless attitude and said it was “company policy” that no refund was allowed.

Ordered custom sandwich including avocado, which I paid $2 extra for. Sandwich was delivered with none of the custom add-ons and maybe 1/2 teaspoon of avocado (and that’s being generous). Called to complain and was told that it was company policy to not put very much avocado on the sandwich. I literally had to dig to even find the avocado. They offered to replace my sandwich, but I don’t have time for that. If the guy I talked to was following company policy, they need to rethink the customer experience.
