1 star cause they charge for a cup of water. You spend so much, they want a tip but can’t give water. I don’t know, it may be petty, but other fast food establishments don’t charge for water…yet

This Jimmy John’s was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. The staff didn’t greet me, didn’t acknowledge me, and acted like taking my order was an inconvenience. There was zero urgency, zero professionalism, and zero care put into anything they were doing.

My sandwich was a total mess. The bread was stale, the vegetables looked old, and the amount of meat was insulting. It was thrown together with no effort whatsoever. For a place that advertises speed and quality, this location delivered neither.

The restaurant itself was filthy. Tables left dirty, trash overflowing, drink station a sticky disaster. It’s clear nobody here takes pride in the place or even bothers to clean the basics.

I walked out irritated, still hungry, and honestly shocked that a business can operate this poorly. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a food establishment.

First, the employee took his time coming to the register—wearing headphones. I ordered a Big John with no mayo, added provolone cheese, and made it a combo.

When I went to grab a lid for my drink, they only had coffee cup lids for soda and the soda was watery.

While waiting for my sandwich, I saw the employee prepare a sandwich, adding mayo and roast beef—to what turned out to be my order. When my food was ready, I pointed out the mistake, and the employee said he would remake it.

Then, another worker emerged from the back wearing a red shirt, both earbuds in, phone in hand (which seems to be common at this location). Not only did he not wash his hands or put on gloves, but he placed his phone above the food prep area—and it fell into the roast beef.

He tossed out the top layer of roast beef, and at that point, the original employee realized they were now out of roast beef. I had already been waiting 10 minutes, so I told him to just take the meat off the old sandwich and put it on the new one.

As he remade my order, I noticed he forgot the cheese. Before he wrapped it up, I asked about it, and he said, “It doesn’t come with cheese.”

If Jimmy John’s actually enforced a no phones, no earbuds policy while employees are working, maybe they would have actually heard my order correctly in the first place.

Upon arriving home, they never gave me tomatoes.

I’ve had enough of this location. Time to give Jersey Mike’s a try.

Just got my food, good thing I opened my sandwich to put salt and pepper on it because there was a died fly in it.

Fast and friendly service. Came to pick up a Doordash order here and it was packed and ready to go. In most restaurants I'm usually made to wait a while, while they help a ton of "real" customers.

I've never had such a wimpy sandwich from Jimmy John's before. Hardly any meat or lettuce. Three slices of tomatoes and three slices of cucumbers... pretty disappointed

Horrible, horrible experience. Ordered a nearly $200 catering order (including a nice tip) - come to find out that none of the sandwiches had been marked which sandwich they were and were completely wrapped up. Therefore, after paying a hearty price for catering, had to unwrap each of 36 sandwiches before people could get their dinner at an event. We were inspecting which meat was on which sandwich and searching for a vegetarian one. Super horrible, super unprofessional. When I talked to the manager of the store, Leo, he decided to be very condescending and argumentative, and then implied that I was stupid and hung up on me. The pictures will show you what I was expecting (as in what is shown on their catering advertisement for what I ordered) and what I ended up with. Will never frequent there again. I called the corporate number to complain and also put in a written complaint and have yet to hear back. Not good.
