Customer service sucks, I got 2 box meals. Was $5 past summer. Now they $15....$35 for 2 drums 2 thighs 3 baskets and 3 small cups of mash and gravy. What a Rip off
Tuesday papa burger, fry and soft drink for $5.00. Everything was tasty. Price was exceptional. Ice machine was broken at the time.

It is 7:00 p.m. they don't have biscuits they don't have macaroni and cheese they don't have pot pies and if I decide to get one I have to wait 45 minutes and you don't close till 11:00 p.m. y'all got to do better than that and this is not the first time this happens several will not be returning back Was going to dine in Can't even sit at a table And they are already doing their cleaning on the lobby For the night putting chairs up mopping So instead I had to take whatever I ordered home

Quick food, screwed up my order, but what do you expect from high school students.
I just went to the KFC and waited at the box finally I had to go to the window because no one was taking my order. When I got to the window the girl didn't say hello or anything so I told her what I wanted. Told me the price gave me my food and ring me up. I was never greeted with the hello thank you or good-bye.

went through the drivethru planning to use a couple coupons I got in the mail. Let the worker know that i was using the coupons when i ordered, she told me i didnt need to give her copies of the coupons when I got to the window. Checked the receipt after paying and realized that she charged me the full price for everything and gave no discount. I also received a small kfc fry after ordering a large A&W fry. Stay away from this place.

The lobby was closed I had to go through drive thru which is fine BUT I was stuck behind people making their current order when I already ordered online and paid. Nothing about this trip was quick. Got to the window they told me it was a 15 minute wait on the biscuits...I ordered online waited the 10 mins before heading to the store???? Why wasn't my order complete I did it online AHEAD of time then we get home we didn't have 8 tenders it was 6 and they looked like nuggets. Very disappointed
