I will not go back anymore. I ordered a large drink and a pot pie bowl. They gave me a medium drink. I told the lady I ordered a large. She gives me a large. The cup was full of ice and still had the amount of pop a medium had. Haha. What a joke. That’s what they do to there customers. I’m good. I won’t go back no more.

I bought a 12 piece extra crispy chicken with no sides to take home. The chicken was overcooked or left under heat lights for hours. The outside was hard almost unedable and the chicken was dry and shrunken. It was awful.

Bring back broiling. Although I honestly love the bowls offered on the menu, modern KFC is one of the saddest downfalls of a wonderful product that was ever witnessed by my generation. The crispy skin was replaced by soggy breading. We need the Colonel back. His legacy has been compromised and bastardized by corporate think-tanks.
This place was deplorable. The main light inside the restaurant is flickering, there were only two teenagers working there, I dont blame them personally, but the food was the worst i've had ever in any KFC.If theres not enough staff to run that place properly, don't bother to open. We couldnt eat it because of how bad it was.

When we first entered the smell was awful. We ordered 2 famous bowls and a 5 piece kids meal, the prices were incredibly unreasonable. Once we got our food, the mashed potatoes tasted like they were expired. A very bad smell aswell. The customer service was great. But i would not be coming back. If i could give this place zero stars I would. Since i cannot 1 star will do. This is the 2nd try i gave then in a month, but it was the same thing both times with the mashed patato taste and smell.
