I see I'm not the only customer that has had to deal with the incompetent employees at the 40th ave KFC. My order was 43.69 and was so over cooked dryer out everything was like petrified. I called ask for the store manager and what a joke she was the rudest person ever . I told her what our meal was all dried out like it was reheated from the day before. We love KFC. We always order ‘to go’. We have for years endured the rudest , unprofessional treatment there, because we like the chicken! We live out in west valley so when they offer reimbursement or replacement for items missing, it’s impractical to leave the rest of our food and do that. We try to make sure our order is correct before we leave, but even that doesn’t always work because of cars behind. We’ve tried using another KFC location, but that makes the food...read full review
