I asked to have the coleslaw put in a separate bag away from the hot food. Not only did they ignore my instructions they put the coleslaw under all the hot mashed potatoes. Incompetence at its finest. This used to be one of the best kfc chains in the nation now it’s a dam joke.

Unfortunately my daughter kept telling me to try the chicken sandwich, I ended up doing the meal, the fries were not even to the top, they were without a doubt the end of the fries, hand as rocks, end pieces so, my drink was to be Pepsi but it was diet Pepsi yuck !! The sandwich was pretty good, it's just when you pay these prices, get home expecting to sit down after a hard day a work !! Please do better !!!
Today of all days, Thanksgiving! Thought I’d stop so I didn’t have to cook. Got the 8 piece chicken nugget meal. So disappointed when I get home and they are so tiny and very dry to almost hollow like. Nothing like the picture on their board.
It was amazing. It was great. I will go back again.

A sign on the door requires Dashers to confirm the order before they hand it to you. Confirming is telling my customer and Doordash that I have received the food which in this case would be false because it is not in my hands. Telling me to confirm is to tell me how to do my job which in my opinion is condescending and unprofessional. Report Doordash thefts to Doordash, they will reimburse you for both orders (the stolen one and the one you had to remake). Dashers are required to maintain 90% completion rate, they can only unassign so many orders before they are deactivated. Don't treat us like we are all thieves, most of us are trying to make an honest wage and keep your customers happy.
