Their menu shows 29.99 for 12 piece meal, that's all I got and it came to 46.02? They had no crispy at all. Small sides portions. And what the hell is this? It was not edible nor were most pieces. I work too hard to throw away money on such inedible poor quality.

Ordered original 8 piece dinner, got home, only 5 pieces of chicken 2 wings, 2 thighs and 1 leg. Wanted 2 potato sides, no coleslaw, ended up with 2 coleslaw no potatoes. Called to let them know and the response was "well we gave you what we had". I said you should have told me and was told "that wasn't their job to do. WOW won't be going back to KFC on 40th again ?

I just bought a 12 piece family meal get home and I don't have any biscuits which it's supposed to come with six. I called but they said I'll write your name down and you can come in between now and 3 weeks and pick up your biscuits. That's their policy he said. Wow!! Unbelievable!

I have always had issues with the manager Kevin, he has always been rude and lazy. I came in today and ordered food to eat inside, he did not wear gloves, was on his phone while making food. The order taler was nice. It was a taller man with curly hairThen he decided to sit in the lobby on his phone the whole 50 minutes i was there. He is always rude, has an attitude and is not helpful. Will never be coming back.
