Came here on a Sunday with wife and kids, gals were wonderful, they had people, but it's not a fast food place so we get it. Kids got ice cream, wife got fruit and the pineapple water and I got a mangonada everything was awesome. Will be back

Horrible customer service.. very rude! And did not get my order right.I have been there other times, and the service is always the same. And she told me she couldn’t sell only mango on a cup I was willing to pay more. Not going back!! Ashley Botanas locas is way better!!

And reading the other review it made me realize they really don't have " a supervisor" or someone more professional to speak with, which they should cause if employees are still unprofessional and rude especially when they're wrong after 3 years you guys need a better manager and crew members nobody should have to leave a place they go to "treat" themselves and feel upset because they weren't given proper service does anyone know if they have a corporate number you can call? I'd definitely like to speak to someone about the way the older women behaved on 6/1/23 !!!! Let me know or leave a comment if ya know please and thank you
This place has some good ice cream selections. Its obviously a Mexican Ice Cream Shop so the ice cream selection is not of the Norm compared to Baskin Robbin's and other ice cream joints. Still has normal selections though. I took my daughter there and we both had green mint chocolate chip ice cream waffle cones and they were delicious and HUGE cones too! It was nice inside the building, with tables and benches to sit at. We both enjoyed it!!! I would recommend this place for ice cream eating!!!

So.... this was the first time to go to a Mexican ice cream shop. I am now a fan. This shop had an interesting variety of both unusual and common flavours, plus a massive selection of Mexican ice-bars and other deserts. The staff were very friendly despite being overwhelmed and understaffed (only 2 people on a Sunday summer afternoon). Still - not much wait time and very efficient. The interior is bright and has an unusual color scheme which helps to make a fun atmosphere in the shop. They lost 1 point for most of the booths being uncleared (again, understaffed on this day) - but I will definitely go back if I am ever in town again - and will search out other locations of this chain. An enjoyable and tasty experience.

Went to la michocana on 1st it said to be closed at 8 arrived there at 7 and it was closed, more costumers arrived, it was my place to come, so this place should close if not cooperating with hours to be open
