Little Caesars Pizza

I understand that it is cheap fast food but the pizza was all dried up and was not appealing. My service was just OK, the first person was better than the replacement cashier and a customer was upset about getting the wrong item on her order and they did nothing for her and the manager was standing around on her phone and didn't even help or make it better or even right, they just told her oh well that's what you got. I would not recommend this place. Also, one of the prep people was sweating all over the place wiping his forehead on his arm over the crust and had no gloves on. I regret my decision to have gone there, lesson learned, won't do it again.

Pizza is always ready! It comes fresh, hot and ready (like they say) and is always tasty. My kids enjoy it and love coming to this place. I love how they have a bouncy ball game, they entertain themselves! It has a little portal to collect pizzas if you ordered them online or by app and keeps it warm there. It’s very easy to use and tells you when it’s in the portal. I love this place!

Although the guy that worked there was a very nice gentleman he seemed to work hard and he seemed to do his job well apparently this is their idea of a supreme I do not know if it's him or the policy that he has to follow here are the pictures it's a sad sad Pizza. It was supposed to be a supreme it has green peppers that were not cut properly, onions, pepperoni and mushrooms that's it

the food was good but when i went in to the establishment on 2/2/25 one of the workers was yelling in the back and cursing at the other employees. this was very unsettling to me. hope they can come to a more professional environment

Horrible service! We placed an online order, pick up for 6:30 pm the service confirmed. When went in to pick up our order for my sons birthday party and yet told me it would be an hour longer for our. I let them know that would work. The young girls response was rude and disrespectful. Not only that the young guy who came to help refund our order was also rude. They went to the back laughing at us for wanting the refund and deliberately started a new task before giving us our refund.
The young girls came back up to the counter making snotty ass faces like she wanted to do something.
Yes, I told her she needed to stop and change her attitude if she was going to be working in customer service! The older lady there was a bit helpful and eventually gave us our refund. Will never go back to this location! I wouldn't have even given them 1 star!

Order 2 orders of pizza puffs w/ sauce # 1041882 didn't get the sauce. Tried to call can't get through. Not happy

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Very loud and rude customer service. Pizza was undercooked and I ordered regular crust they gave us deep dish. Will not be repeat customer.

Please, kindly put a seal on your doordash orders. I hate delivering unsealed food only for the customer to look at me suspiciously like I tampered with their meal.
I requested the employee to put a sticker on the pizza box and he said, "there is a sticker" pointing to the receipt on top of the box. I don't mean that one, I mean the tamper evident sticker that proves I delivered the food the same way I got it from restaurant. Your customer deserves to enjoy their delicious, expensive food with confidence and assurance of safety. Most restaurants seal delivery foods except this one.
I hope Washington can adopt the California law that forces restaurants to seal foods that are meant for third party deliveries (California AB 3336).

This has to be the worst little Ceasars in yakima. I decided to give them another chance after my first let down but I was let down again. No greet at the register just a stare like "what do you want". I asked for a fresh pizza and I was denied so I went home with my sliced cardboard. I would 100% not recommend (now I know why there was a line at Tony's across the street and no one at little Ceasars)
