I was having a really hard day today. To the girl who made my night a little bit better I just want u to know I appreciate u. I couldn't afford a pk of crazy bread and she helped us out. I know customer service and especially in the food industry can be beyond exhausting. Know we see u and u showed my kids what true empathy and kindness is. Thank u.

I gotten long hair that was black and another hair that was smelling like hair spray cooked in my pizza the whole work place had no hair nets unsanitary work environment

Today I came through the drive though, ordered two pizzas and was told it was going to be a 15-20min wait. I paid, parked ,and looked at my time 8:46pm. I didn't get my order until 10:10pm, I had to wait over an hour because they accidentally gave my order away to the car that was next to me[ that was behind me in the drive through], gave it away because their employees DONT ask to check the customers order numbers on their recipes and instead ask them if they ordered whatever they were taking out at the time( very unprofessional) which I heard and witnessed multiple times while being parked there. 40 mins in, I called and asked them if my order was ready, they claimed they already gave it away, their supervisor Sirra asked if I just wanted my refund back or a side of free bread sticks with my order but would need to wait an other 20 mins[which AGAIN took longer then that, I don't think I will ever come back to this location.

I went in Tuesday got two pepperoni pizzas with bread stix the bread stix were mostly flat and the pizza one was good the other one was like just thrown in the box like it didn't matter some of our pizza in that said box were folded lapping one another idk if il go back there the young man who eung us up was good

I have been coming to this Little Ceasar's for years. For the past few months though, I have been getting raw dough on the bottom of my pizzas that falls apart when I pick it up. I think the cooks are pulling the pizzas out before they are done for 'speed and ticket timer' reasons. This is unacceptable. The only way I was able to eat the pizza was to back it a second time. So I have opted out of Pizza Fridays at this Ceasar's until this is fixed. Also, there is a woman who I see switching stickers on pizzas. I don't know what she is doing, so I only order out of the Pizza Portal now since I don't know if she is giving me old pizza.
