So I get this being a popular food chain gets busy and all but there has got to be a point where being in the food I dustry u have got to be more attentive for numerous reasons..... But we won't go into that I'm just saying at least pretend to care or love your job fr tho...

So nor.ally I receive amazing customer service from Lil Caesars but this lady time I wasn't to happy with the service I got so I went thru the drive thru u know to just get the food and go but of course my fiance wanted a Slices and Sticks so of course there was goin to be a 10 min wait which I was ok with what I wasnt on with was at the 15 min mark watching an employee come out with my order go up to the wrong car and instead of looking around the parking lot in hopes that she may find the right vehicle she literally shrugged her shoulders and turned and walked back inside and I'm literally parked in front of her and just about lost my cool but I waited and finally once it hit the 30 min mark I calmly called and asked about my supposed 10 min order I had to wait for just to be told they would check on it and end up having to wait another 7 mins of course my food was cold and I wasn't to happy but I had a time sensitive task at hand so I just left unhappy and super irritated mind u once food hits a certain temperature it therefore enters what any one who knows food safety or common sense we call it the danger zone where bacteria starts to form that cause food born illness but what do I being a chef know about the danger zone Fr tho

Really bad customer service, place was busy girl brought our pizza out and dropped both of them in my wife's hands... and she stomped away annoyed. That store lost my business

The worst little Caesars experience ever. Staff is nowhere to be found, and when they are they will look at you and keep walking. Took 30 minutes just to get an order put in.

I asked for 1 Hawaiian pizza and 1 pepperoni pizza. They gave me 2 pepperoni pizzas. One was regular and the other had cheese in the crust. Thank you. But not what I asked for. I guess you kids dont know how to serve rite. Im not surprised.

Tried the pretzel pizza. Would not buy again. Way to salty for me. Long wait over 40 minutes. If you are going to have a drive through I expect faster service. I do get I did not order hot n ready. I only ate half a slice and threw the rest away. Didn't expect gourmet just better than this.

I’ve always had great service here until today. Im not sure it Jessica was having an off day, but she responded to my inquiries with apathy and attitude. When we asked her if they had an item ready-to-go, she just looked at the oven and glared at me as if I were supposed to know what was in there.

Tried the basic pretzel crust and it was only okay. Crust is nothing like advertised on TV....as expected. Skimped on the pepperoni because it was a special

Best pizza places overall, actually forgot half my order after telling me 2 park out front and wait, took 25 minutes before I went in and said something.. :/ shouldn't had been forgotten.. #fckbeininvisible #paytfAttn!
