I've been a customer of Local Beet Meal Prep for over a year now, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes is outstanding--always fresh, creative, and absolutely delicious. I love that there's something new to try each week, and every meal is made with the highest quality ingredients. Some of my favorites are the curry chickpea patties and mole enchiladas, but honestly it's hard to choose favorites, because I have so many. The meals are not just tasty -- they're also healthy, unique, and affordable. The owner and staff are genuinely kind and clearly care about what they do. If you're looking for a meal prep service, or prepared entrees, that makes plant-based eating enjoyable and convenient, Local Beet is the way to go!

I ordered their Mediterranean grain bowls for a business event and everyone loved their lunch! Said it was some of the best hummus they had ever had and were plenty full for hours after, even on a hot day! Allie was great to work with and even gave us a couple of left over meals. So sweet!!
