Absolutely appalling experience at this restaurant. I ordered a breakfast plate without any bacon or links, but it arrived with bacon included. After notifying the waitress, my plate was taken away, but it was clear they simply removed the bacon and returned the same plate to me. I could still smell and taste the bacon grease on my toast, which I had already bitten into. Despite my sensitivity to bacon, they seemed to disregard my concerns. After sending it back a second time, they brought out a "new" plate, but it shockingly included the same piece of toast I had already bitten into. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when it comes to food sensitivities. I’m incredibly disappointed and won’t be returning or recommending this place. P.S, our waitress was lovely and sweet. I blame kitchen and management.

The staff is kind and very helpful. The owner is always around making sure everyone is having a great experience. This is the best breakfast in Yakima. People talk about the powerhouse grill, if you are 85 maybe it is great. But the flair and quality of food at the Mainstop is awesome. This is a gem that should have a line out the door on the weekend.
