Customer service was excellent, however the coffee was incredibly bitter and the matcha was horrible. Would not recommend.

Burrito was burnt to a crisp and inedible, really wanted a refund but didn’t want to go through the trouble. Honestly shouldn’t have been served to a customer like this. Should’ve just remade it and been honest about a longer wait time or something..instead they quickly wrapped it up and bagged it and gave this to me… disappointing.

Every time I come in here the girlies are super sweet and I love their customer service but the blonde white guy is so rude he sucks at making avocado toast I felt discriminated by how he was acting towards me compared to other people I’m never coming back lol the guys are always so rude here ☹️☹️

Well, I been coming here pretty often now. I never had an issue before, I was planning on leaving my review in a couple of weeks, and I'm doing it sooner 😅.
They are usually super nice and serve everyone with no issue until today. I kind of feel that one of the lady's that serve me didn't want me there. Sometimes you kinda feel it. The face the mood I don't know, first mimosa no problem. I usually take my time and take a while to finish it. I went to ask for a second one. She asked me to bring the first glass back, and give it to her. It never happened before, I usually go and put it on the dish place while they serve me a second one.
Not this time and again the face like she was tired, annoyed or something I can't figure it out.
After a while, I ask for an avocado toast that is delicious with cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinegar, yummy. They put it in a box that I can't eat it properly, even though I was seated for a while, but I was consuming their products. They usually put their food in regular plates when you are eating there, not this time, I have to rip the box to be able to cut pieces and eat it. Again, it may be just this time. Or the girl just doesn't want me there. I have no idea. I'm not saying not to go. But I'm giving my experience.

Fabulous coffee shop! The barista was friendly and skilled, so my coffee was delicious and my latte was perfect. The interior is attractive with brick walls, huge windows, nice art, good music, lovely plants, beautiful ceiling tiles and lighting. Great place to hang out!

Can someone tell me if this is a white chocolate mocha?? I ordered a white chocolate mocha, and he gave me what the guy wanted, this coffee tasted terrible.

Over all it was nice. We’re not from here so I don’t know what the comparison is. But we got avocado toast (boujie and regular) and a London fog. The bread was boring and there was hardly any avocado in the avocado toast. If you’re going to charge what you are, you need to put more of its namesake on it. And the London fog tasted more like warm vanilla milk cause they only steeped it for about a minute or two. Every place I’ve ever gone to leaves the tea bag in for us to decided.
But the people were really friendly, the atmosphere was cozy (albeit super burnt smelly on the day we went). Nice fireplace to chill by, big windows. It’s cool.
