A barista approached me while I was sitting at a table, which was a bit unusual for this place. She asked if there was anything she could get for me. I replied, "No, I'm fine." Then she explained, "Well, we want to ensure that people who occupy a table make a purchase." I felt the need to clarify that I had been there earlier that day and regularly visit many days out of the week and buy something. I had to ask, "So, if I had said no, would that mean I had to leave?" She confirmed, "Yes, we can't allow people to occupy tables without making a purchase," and added, "Sorry if that's offensive to you." It seems this approach would alienate customers and it did not prompt me to buy something, it actually made me get up and leave. The intentions to the business practice are understandable but the approach made me feel unwelcomed. Some of the baristas know me by name, obviously not this one. I had an excellent smoothie here. Great cinnamon roll. I wish this place served all their drinks in porcelain coffee cups… Very pleasant and has a variety of options and including outside. They put some attention to making the garden space nice! I wish I had noticed that they have avocado toast!

i use to enjoy coming here, but for the past couple of months the quality has definitely shifted. drinks are inconsistent every time and so does the price for the same drink i order. also service is just bare minimum as well.

I met up with my friend here yesterday. I got the Yukon joe (bourbon espresso with maple syrup) ?, it was killer. A must try if you're curious.

As I sat at the table I noticed they also make cocktails, I might try that next time.

Edit: Came here on Wednesday July 24 and on their specials they have shaken affagato late. They said they ran out of Ice cream on Monday. I came back in today Friday and they said they are no longer serving the special because they are out of ice cream. However, its still on their menu. The worker was a little rude too.

We have always bought 16oz whole bourbon infused beans for $11.50 and now they raised the price $17.50.
