A barista approached me while I was sitting at a table, which was a bit unusual for this place. She asked if there was anything she could get for me. I replied, "No, I'm fine." Then she explained, "Well, we want to ensure that people who occupy a table make a purchase." I felt the need to clarify that I had been there earlier that day and regularly visit many days out of the week and buy something. I had to ask, "So, if I had said no, would that mean I had to leave?" She confirmed, "Yes, we can't allow people to occupy tables without making a purchase," and added, "Sorry if that's offensive to you." It seems this approach would alienate customers and it did not prompt me to buy something, it actually made me get up and leave. The intentions to the business practice are understandable but the approach made me feel unwelcomed. Some of the baristas know me by name, obviously not this one. I had an excellent smoothie here. Great cinnamon roll. I wish this place served all their drinks in porcelain coffee cups… Very pleasant and has a variety of options and including outside. They put some attention to making the garden space nice! I wish I had noticed that they have avocado toast!

i use to enjoy coming here, but for the past couple of months the quality has definitely shifted. drinks are inconsistent every time and so does the price for the same drink i order. also service is just bare minimum as well.

I met up with my friend here yesterday. I got the Yukon joe (bourbon espresso with maple syrup) ?, it was killer. A must try if you're curious.

As I sat at the table I noticed they also make cocktails, I might try that next time.

Edit: Came here on Wednesday July 24 and on their specials they have shaken affagato late. They said they ran out of Ice cream on Monday. I came back in today Friday and they said they are no longer serving the special because they are out of ice cream. However, its still on their menu. The worker was a little rude too.

We have always bought 16oz whole bourbon infused beans for $11.50 and now they raised the price $17.50.

I got a peanut butter smoothie at the drive through and it the best thing I’ve tasted from a “restaurant” in a long time. Go get one now.

The food and coffee are amazing. They have cozy low seated and high seated chairs. The Batista are friendly and quick to remember your name.

The barista acted bothered when asked to make drinks for a very large conference that was held there. It was rented so you would think they would have the staff to make that many drinks. They let the coffee shots sit there longer than three seconds, because I saw it with my own eyes, which makes the coffee bitter. When asked for extra suite and even pay for it, the coffee was still very bitter as of no flavoring was in it probably because they left the shot sitting there too long It took such a long time to get her drinks.When leaving the conference, several of their employees were sitting on a table just chitchatting, and when people from the conference came out, yes, we were loud and talkative and enjoying ourselves because the conference was over. All they (there employees) could do was give a stink face, because apparently we were too loud for these young little girls who work at this coffee shop, maybe go home and study costumer service! Also, I witness several of them vaping behind the counter all they would do was squat down and decide they were going to smoke while making coffee. I saw the owners daughter do this several times! Horrible, horrible costumer service!

I've been here twice now & both times the service was fantastic!First visit coffee & girl talk was on the menu.This time we held a small event in the conference room. With drinks & networking celebrating National Women's Day.I will definitely keep going here!
