Really busy day no complaints on that end they were trying to get everybody served. But I pull out of the drive through and look at my first sandwich to check it and I see some black stuff on the side of the egg, open the sandwich and there is clearly a bunch of mold all over the folded egg. Parked and went in, stood behind another guy waiting a good 5-7 minutes to order, multiple people waiting for their order. One guy came up for his missing hash browns and another didn't get their coffee etc. They are busy, again no worries ill wait. I am next up and the gentleman was great 'how can I help thanks for your patience'. Showed him my sandwich and just asked for a refund, he just made a sound of disbelief at the egg and looked over for I am assuming his manager. A woman comes over, looks at the sandwich, pulls my change out of the till and hands it to me. No 'Hey how can i help you, sorry about that, we will look into this etc' nothing, not even a word. Took my money graciously and left. Got home and unwrapped my mom's mcmuffin for her and as you can see in the photo thats exactly how they all looked, slapped together not on top of each other cheese everywhere like they were thrown together and mashed up. I am the most patient person and am never upset having to wait, I understand they are busy of course good for them and their business. But I expect some level of care with handling food. We live one block from this mcdonalds it's our go to spot for Sunday easy breakfast. Sad we will have to go elsewhere from now on. Majors just next door has great breakfast and great service. Even when they are busy there is an obvious level of care put into making sure orders are decent before they go out.

Ordered a biscuit egg and cheese sandwich but there wasn’t cheese. And got the big breakfast, no butter, jam, syrup, utensils…nothing. How do you expect me to eat it? Spent $20 just to have to get breakfast elsewhere so my toddler can eat.

I placed an order 3:24 online and I left to pick it up at 3:35 I got there and the was a big line and they were taking forever on everyones orders too l finally pulled up to the window my Frappe was made already and they Gave it to me and they closed the Door and i waited another 10 min Just for 2 mc Chickens and fries then they told me to pull forward and I waited about another 10 min in total since I placed my order I waited 55 minutes for 2 mcchicken I wish they woulde made my Frappe when they give me my order because it was melted. this location is very slow and needs lots of improvements.

Service was super slow seems to be absolutely zero communication within the employees / staff went thru drive through at night ordered my food then got sent to the window in the front after amount of time was told my order was wasn’t ready / started so I went back around drive thru to get an update because nobody had came / helped after that and they said it still was being worked on and after my order was finished it was sat on the table by the pick up window employee walked away with out even asking me if it was my order sat there another 10 minutes before I got my order finally after I got it fries were cold and hard I just ended up tossing.

The female taking our order made me wish we hadn't even stopped for ice cream cones on our way home from visiting the YMCA. Then when I bit into my ice cream cone, I got a mouth full of paper that they left inside of the cone and filled with ice cream. In my opinion, that was not only laziness and poor customer service, but really says a lot about the people who are being hired and trusted and paid to serve the public. I definitely will not be visiting there again! 🫤

I had a mobile order for two McChickens at 3:22am. They took 33 minutes just to give me my order. It’s not that hard I used to work at this location while in High School and we used to be faster. I will stop coming to this location.

Honestly it wasn't too bad I usually like this location but tonight I had two separate orders and they weren't listening to me and when I got up to the window to let them know that I had another order the gentleman was like next time don't order it in line as like I didn't I was trying to let you guys know I had to orders but it wasn't going through other than that my son loves the place The time before this the girls gave him a free ice cream but he is nonverbal and special needs and only 4 years old so he can be quite dramatic and very friendly even through the drive-thru lol kudos to the girls they gave him the ice cream The guy tonight unfortunately needs a better attitude I do understand how businesses run and they were busy but the attitude needs to go

This is the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. Over priced and now they won't even help you at the counter. Fries are always cold , wait is always 10mins plug then they just get your order wrong. Best part is they raise there prices just to make this sign and be very rude when you ask for help. Will never come back to McDonald's there's to many options to put up with over priced junk food that's cold.

We spend over 35 Dollars. We got our food and went home. We live like , 2 blocks from there and the fries were old and brown tasted stale!! Our burgers had sauce everywhere, and we asked for no onions and pickles and we got onions and pickles. This by far was the worst order I got from this location. I was so disappointed that I just threw my food away. It tasted disgusting
