Had a craving for a quarter pounder & fries. I ordered through the app. My order was ready, hot & fresh. Sooooo yummy! Employees were so nice.

Horrible, experience rude employees I was just trying to get my food but they served attitude instead, wasn't even mad about getting the wrong food just inderstanding the rush and was paitence cause you cant rush the slow. overall slow disaster.

Honestly I stopped going to McDonald’s for YEARS. On a whim, I tried this McDonald’s. Now I’m not ashamed to say I’m a regular lol. The service here is INCREDIBLE. I wish I had names, but every staff member here is WONDERFUL. They are friendly, provide consistent excellent quality, and do a great job overall. Lines move fast and the food is fresh and hot! I always use the app and I actually stop a couple times to get my coffees here now instead of Starbucks!

Terrible location. We tried to order breakfast today so we did it on the app to be sure we ordered before the time was up. When we get there to pick up our order they said they didn't have ANY of the breakfast items and that I could instead order off the regular menu. What's the point of ordering ahead of time if they can just choose to cancel my food since they don't feel like cooking it?

Second time this has occurred using mobile app ordered 2 iced coffee one flavored one plain . He apparently handed me the plain this time but I could clearly see the flavoring , drink it and it is the wrong flavor then he hands me the other with flavor says it’s pumpkin I was like o ordered one plain one pumpkin so he took the pumpkin back and remade a plain one now I have one with a different flavor and hope the other one has no flavor since the person I’m bringing it to is diabetic ! No pont in using the app or pre orders g when you still have to wait awhile and still get the wrong order . Also asked for extra espresso shot which I paid $1 for which I’m sure isn’t in there either One could argue go to a coffee stand but it’s about the same price these days and I wanted a snack today :) no receipt given either so not sure if they even looked at the order before making to be honest . Also didn’t give me a straw for second drink so that will be fun to drink . i won’t be back to this location .

Everytime I go through the drive thru, with NOBODY behind me, they pull us forward to the waiting window. It feels like they just dont want to have to look at somebody while they wait. We ordered a single item and nobody was in the drive thru except us but they pulled us forward. They were very curt about it too. 0/5 customer service, feels targeted.

I have gotten large order of french fries 🍟 and I dropped them when I got home. I drove back and ask Teddy if he could replace them. He immediately got a new batch of fresh ones and gave me my 🍟 back. No questions asked. Thank you for the excellent customer service displayed by this young man
