We spend over 35 Dollars. We got our food and went home. We live like , 2 blocks from there and the fries were old and brown tasted stale!! Our burgers had sauce everywhere, and we asked for no onions and pickles and we got onions and pickles. This by far was the worst order I got from this location. I was so disappointed that I just threw my food away. It tasted disgusting

The employees seem overwhelmed and stressed. The employees that have helped me here are rude, and seem to be careless when it comes to customer service. The food quality/temperature was unacceptable as well as the portions on fries. The container was barely half full and my daughter’s happy meal consisted of hard and obviously old chicken nuggets, overly greasy fries and her toy was missing. They also did not have ranch available at all. There was only one employees that actually seemed decent here. I also reached out to Customer Care about the issues and the restaurant manager lied about reaching out to me. I had to call customer care again to get the restaurant owner involved to resolve a simple issue. I am awaiting the call from whoever is going to handle the issue in hopes of me being able to get proper service or a refund.

Terrible experience. Placed my order in the drive thru at 6:35pm and was left waiting until 7:13pm. I ended up calling and the manager who answered had no idea what my order was and had me list my entire order back to her as it appears they removed it from their screen marking it as being handed out already. I paid extra for sauces that were not placed in my bag and the worker who brought out the food named Heidi ignored me when I tried to politely call her back to ask for the missing sauce. Can't give 0 stars or I would.

It's a McDonald's. I tried to stop in to buy something and to use the restroom, and they closed before dark because it's in a bad neighborhood. Well all of Yakima is a bad neighborhood.
Cannot count change or even understand when I try to explain to them that they're giving me too much change back.
Cannot get orders right even when it's literally one item! Seriously, you have one job, how can you mess that up?!
I've done years of fast food work, so I understand how it's supposed to go. Get your act together.

Workers here are dumber than a box of rocks. Told the air head I wanted a cheese burger kids meal with just cheese on the burger and she’s like “on the hamburger or cheese burger” like huh? And then I said I wanted a sprite with extra extra extra ice. And she says “you want a sprite?” I said YES WITH EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA ICE. She giggles as I pay and when I get my sprite. They purposely didn’t put the extra ice in. I parked and went in myself and dumped out pop to put extra ice as the workers watched me. And then they put a toy in my daughter’s kids meal that was a toy from months ago. She wanted the little croc. I will not being going to this McDonald’s anymore. Tired of these people wanting 20 dollars an hour and can’t simply understand someone’s order when it’s pretty easy!
