Picked up lunch at the drive through and brought it home. My son’s quarter pounder had burnt, dried up meat. Had to drive it back to return it. They refunded my money but didn’t want to do anything kind to make a customer happy. Three small shamrock shakes would’ve done the trick. That would’ve cost them nothing. But instead it cost them some previously loyal customers. Seriously stingy.
