Just like the mcdonald's on south 1st.. picked up order and drove 6 miles home to find out I was shorted a quarter pounder and large fry. Every freaking time.. If I go again I will have them pull all my food out of the bag and make sure order is complete. I don't feel like driving across town to tell them they f up. So my loss. Bad enough everything came to 35bucks.. check your orders people before you leave mcdonald's..

This McDonalds gets a good grade. The food quality is always as good as you can expect for it being fast food. Service is fast and friendly. Clean dining areas always. Good Wi-Fi. We will be back.

This location has really gone downhill lately. Consistently get stuff wrong, bad quality product with unpleasant presentation. And to top it off, puts two ketchup packs in a large combo meal. I guess because they only filled the large fry half way anyways...

I used their app to place the order. The app is complete garbage. The employees are awesome and they fix what the app messes up every time.

We showed up to pick up a curbside order and said we were here. Waited 20 minutes and ended up walking in to find the order sitting on the counter. Still says curbside on the receipt. I don’t mind it taking time but if you need me to do your job just let me know.

I haven't been to McDonald's in sometime but was craving a Big Mac. I was so disappointed in the food it was literally ridiculous, the fries were disgusting, my Big Mac was half on the bun and mostly hanging !! Well that's my last visit !! No more craving for McDonald's !!

This is the third time I have ordered through the app ,and I did curbside pickup .This is the third time my food is cold. Barely any sauce on our burgers , I usually complain about too much . This McDonald's has gone downhill . One of my orders was sitting on the counter getting cold .They had put the order through, and nobody brought it out . Missing a fry as well . You got your minimum wage raise, and customer service sucks . We work hard for our money, too . Food doesn't get cold walking from a door to the car . Do better be better. Maybe hire a crew who cares about their customer service.
Didn't wait long. It's always a fast and friendly experience at this location. Good Wifi too. They also honor the hours displayed. Their lobby is open until 11 pm. If I have a Doordash order instructing me to pick up inside before 11 pm, I know I can trust the instructions. In many other locations I get out of my car only to find the doors locked before the posted hours.

3 managers on site place was packed orders not being giving out right ppl waiting almost 30 min then waiting another 10 because the people there gave out they're food to someone else. Leadership reflects the work area and 3 manages need to be fired. I won't apologize but reviews that any McDonald's get and if I was the ceo I would close it down and retrain the whole staff. A billion dollar company that can't train people to serve food right is really sad. People that go to spend theyre money should get good service. Not have to wait 30 min then say they got the wrong order that's sad in all.

So I ordered a Carmel frappe and was given what I was told a Carmel frappe with chocolate drizzled all over it. The girl insisted that I take it anyway. I said I would rather not I ordered a Carmel one she took the drink and scraped off the whip cream and pur carmel on it and gave it to me but it had chocolate all in it. I explained that i cannot have chocolate she was mad, o apologize immensly and explained im not tryi g to be rude or frustrating but i simply cannot have chocolate. . So that sent me to park in #1 and wait and 10 minutes later im still waiting on the Carmel frappe. I'm just but im not sure I can drink this now. So money wasted!
