I wish I can give a 0 star review I don’t know this one girls name but everytime I come she is the one who cashes me out she’s blond colored eyes and has HORRIBLE attitude. I never tip because of the costumer service is very bad always has an attitude and when she sees that I don’t tip she gets extremely rude the drinks are good horrible costumer service and the weight time is insane

The Mocha Tree is one of the best coffee shops in Yakima for me. It might take a little while to get your drink or food, but it's worth it in the end. My favorite drink is a 32oz Caramallo with whip its caramel coffee with whipped cream. Mmmmmm..makes me want one right now. I've also had a burrito 🌯 in green salsa 😋it was really good and a warmed chocolate muffin. The service here is great. The genuine warmth conveyed through the welcoming smiles was immediately evident, creating an immediate sense of ease.

Swung by for sugar cookies for my kids. Girl at the register with green hair was rude. Gave me frozen cookies and didn’t give the option to warm them up. Never had an experience like this before.

I really love Mocha Tree and have been going here for years but the barista tonight made my boyfriend uncomfortable by complimenting him in a way that felt unprofessional and inappropriate. Especially when both of us were in the car. We hope the staff considers how personal comments like this might land, especially across cultural lines. Still love this place though.

The owner Cheryl has no respect for her workers she made one of the workers go to work when she had called in sick and felt really horrible, over all a bad owner/manager I don't get how someone could be so entitled to not take her workers health into considerations.
