The management here sucks. I feel bad for the workers. They are so understaffed. Every night I've come in it's almost lines out the door with only 2 of them working. The foods good for the price but clearly they don't care about their workers. It's quite sad. Especially when the people here are so rude. I've come an hour before close and by the time it'd be my turn it's be 30 mins to close and then when I'm walking out the door it'd be 10 to close with people still showing up for food. Like bro mods a pizza place not a McDonald's it's rude coming in 10 to close when pizzas take up to 15 mins to cook. Decent food for the price you get just you can clearly tell the management sucks and don't care about their employees. Tip them big especially the ones working nights cause they always appear to be understaffed. Food gets 4 stars but 2 stars for service and atmosphere just for how they're employees are treated

My kids and I have been here several times and each time we’ve had excellent and wonderful service/experience! The staff is friendly, attentive to all customers and all around great! This place is always busy but they are quick! 10/10 recommend!

Worst Manager Ever! Her name is Kat.
Took my partner here for lunch on his 21st birthday to celebrate with some good food. When ordering, we saw the alcoholic beverages and I told him to grab one. When we gave the cashier our IDs he then told to us put it back because my partners ID was vertical. When we asked why he could not have a drink, the cashier said his manager told him “no vertical IDs.” I then asked to speak to the manager, she sat at her desk for a few minutes before getting up and coming out. I asked her the same question, and was met with the response of “well that’s MODs policy,” I proceeded to ask why this policy exists or who created it and she repeated “Yeah. That’s MOD Pizzas Policy, I can’t sell to you,” as if she didn’t even hear me.
So I did what anyone would do, looked up the policy. This policy does not exist. In the state of Washington, all IDs are valid unless otherwise expired, punched, or stated to have no function. A valid ID can be checked by matching image to the person, asking for name and date confirmation, and verifying through further means if necessary (such as number asking or scanning).
To sum up this story, the MOD staff and manager lied to customers and ignored further questioning by replying with company spokesman answers.

I went out for lunch with my partner to celebrate my 21st. I saw that they had beers and went to grab one. I presented my id and was refused. They stated they wouldn’t accept my id because of company policy but couldn’t provide the policy. My ID doesn’t expire till 2029 so it’s valid and shows in a bright red box that today is my 21st birthday. If a regional could reach out with this “policy” I would appreciate it.

This is the only google review I have ever left or felt the need to give. Jodi was the only person who made my experience pleasant, she receives 10 stars. Everybody else gets a zero due to horrible attitude, and creating an unenjoyable atmosphere. Would only come back if there were more people as enjoyable as the cashier Jodi.

Ms Jodi was the only person working that seemingly had any ounce of enjoyment about her. All people working had poor attitudes, and the blonde haired manager tatted up was super rude to her, adding to the negativity festering in the already dimmed environment.

I went to get a couple pizzas the guys preparing did great but the cashier handling money and pulling pizzas out of tray to put in oven without washing hands disgusting!!! Observed that since I was in line and even after I ordered he was getting money and never washed his hands he did that every time he put a pizza in the oven he would pull it with his hands!!!
