Also when you take cash and mess with the cash register, your gloves need to be changed too. You went straight back to the dough to help the next person. You were complaining you hadn’t had a break yet, it was 12:30.

I received exceptional service at Mod yesterday. I wish I could remember the worker’s name, but she was so amazing. She apologized for the wait even though I didn’t have to wait long at all. She took the time to make my pizza and ensured that no meat touched my pizza as I am vegetarian. She was tentative and had exceptional customer service. Very polite and respectful and made conversation. I usually go to the other Mod, but I will be back at this one soon. As always, the pizza is delicious and the prices are great. Amazing lemonade!

I think generally (over the years) the pizza from here is good, I haven't ate at mod for over a year. but today it was not that good, the workers were nice but did not speak loud enough so I had to ask then to repeat a lot, not a huge deal though. I got the Caspian pizza and it had a whisper of barbecue sauce, I remember it having a lot of BBQ sauce, anyways I ate a lot of flavorless cooked dough, texture was good and it was cooked correctly.

It was a wonderful experience from making our own salads and pizza to dining in the seating area. It was clean and very friendly and bright! Very delicious food, wonderful service, beautiful smiles and friendly welcoming!

Placed an online order a half hour before I wanted pick up and they hadn't even started 2 out of 4 when I got there 5 minutes early. People in line placing orders got theirs before I received my order. 2 came out of oven, 1 went in and last one was just getting started being made. Got back to work and crust was not cooked and soggy, thrown in trash.
