I went in for rice & beans & nachos, waited 15 minutes not one employee, (there was 4 behind the counter) started my order, a Yakima Police walked in & was in & out of this place in 5 minutes with his order. I went to the counter while the officer was paying to ask if I had to wear one of his outfits to get my order or does everyone have warrants. They lost our business 😡

I ordered the taco salad without a shell because the tortillas our house made, and the nice young man helping me was not sure whether they had lard in them. But with all my desired toppings, it was a good and filling salad with black beans and guacamole.

Usually go here twice a week and it’s been great experiences. I went yesterday and the workers are giving bad looks at me and the carne asada was super chewy I couldn’t even eat my food

I honestly hate to even do this but I feel like I have to. I usually come around 2 pm because it’s slow then and they’re usually fast at taking and making my order. I went in today with my daughter to get some late lunch
There were 2 people working up front, a girl and a guy. The guy took our order and honestly seemed pretty dismissive of us being there. I asked for a side of rice and beans and he forgot to get it. I had to remind him after I had already paid for everything so then I had to pay again. Once I got my tacos they honestly seemed like they were skimping on the cheese so I brought it up but I could tell he wasn’t going to do anything about it so I just dropped it. He gave me a mechanical, sarcastic “thank you maam” at the end but seemed just fine talking to his coworker.
I’ve had sub par experience here before and was really hoping they had turned it around but I guess not. I won’t be back. The good food is not worth the weird /dismissive attitude I seem to get here. And they never answer their phone.

The food is amazing! If you’re going to try and call in an order I wouldn’t even bother. I’ve been put on hold numerous times for over 15 minutes. After you try to call back they’ll send you straight to a non set up voice mail. Service is awful if ordering through phone. Just go in an order. Don’t waste your time.

I didn't ask for anything that was very laborious and they just gave me terrible service!!! I ordered 20 $1 tacos, no one ever expects a lot from $1 tacos!! But when I got home the tortilla was so hard that I had a hard time chewing it, and I asked for fried roast beef with everything on the side and they literally gave me everything on the side but they decided to put lettuce and radishes on the fries with cheese, because the pittance of meat they gave me They gave me 13 Dlls for a dish and they gave me more beans than anything and apart from that for my entire order they only gave me 2 sauces and we are talking about 20 tacos without cilantro and a ton of onions without lemons!! 1 plate of dads with cheese filled with radish and lettuce with a plate of tons of beans, a teaspoon of roast beef and 2 teaspoons of rice!!!! I thought a lot about the review but it's already been 3 times with this one!! They need more prepared staff and just to clarify it was not full when I placed my order

While the food is of good quality the service at the Summitview location today was substandard. There were roughly a hand full of people in line and wasn’t terribly busy, there were items unavailable on the line and most concerning I had to bag my own take out order and wasn’t offered a receipt. While I have frequented this location before I haven’t experienced anything quite like this before.
