Ok imma be honest. I have never had terrible service at the location on Nob Hill. The drinks are always amazing. The people are always super nice and friendly. It’s never a mess. I’ve gone to the location on Fruitvale a few times and I can say in each instances The drinks are never consistent. I don’t know if they’re going through new staffing but a few of the times I’ve been there the staff can be a bit cold. An example on the drink inconsistency is I usually order a smoothie at the location on Nob Hill and the times I’ve ordered it at the Fruitvale location The smoothies have come out bitter, not sweet at all, which is what the drink taste like or supposed to taste like. Anyway i think theyre good But if you’re Paying a lot for a drink that is supposed to be good for you and taste good it’s a little disappointing when the taste is not what you are expecting. So be cautious.

My husband was treated very rude today. We were late picking our food up yesterday because we thought this location also closed at 6 rather than 5. We came to pick the food up this morning and the man told us he had to remake everything and he is now out 34$. He wasn’t professional. My husband gave him another 40$ and left. We are regulars who spend hundreds of dollars on their menu. They lost our business and we ended up giving them 74$ rather than the 34$ that my food actually cost. We will never be going back!

It's sad I absolutely love the food and juice and place large orders for co workers and always get orders to go. Today younger guy sitting on the ledge on his phone looked at me and while I waited inside on the wellness center side watched him go help someone on drive through but never took my large order to go or even said a word to me. Sad situation cause normally they are absolutely great. Disappointed due to one individual and lack of service you can't enjoy healthy great food

Came to grab some food and take a meeting in the patio. Breakfast sandwich was the best vegan sandwich I've had that wasn't a sausage egg and cheese imitation. Skeptical on the pad Thai but it's actually really good. Smoothie was not too sweet
