I went to buy food this weekend, the girl named Sophie was in a very bad mood! I waited 40 minutes for the chicken!! It was a disappointing service, it shouldn't be possible to wait so long for a simple chicken that they said it would take 3 minutes!

Horrible horrible staff that forgets eggrolls on an $80 order and tells you you're fat and probably ate them. The store was filthy and I returned the food and almost 2 months later still have not gotten my money back

My friend and I have went in today just to get a plate and two of the female workers gave us some nasty looks and were snickering at us just because two of their male coworkers had looked at us pls remind your employees to at least shit talk when people can’t see them

I was at panda today and I was thinking of trying something new so I ask one of the girls in front counter if I wood be able to sample one of there walnut shrimp I just wanted to make sure I wood like it because I don't like to wasted food and no body else wood eat it if I didn't like it to what the girl told me no you can't we are not Costco I'm like ok thank you I finished ordering my food and left panda is one of my favorite place but with this I really don't think I will be going back again.

I visited Panda Express near Home Depot in Yakima. The teriyaki chicken was burnt and the rice was raw. I informed the cashier about the chicken and she “have a good day.” I assumed she misheard me so I repeated “the chicken is burnt and the rice is raw just for feedback,” she then said it again “have a nice day.” Her customer service skills were terrible.
