We had never been, and we weren't sure how to order. Unfortunately, the lady who took our order and was not interested in explaining the process to us, so we winged it. The food was okay, but not much flavor, so we were a bit disappointed. Probably won't go again. 😕
I visited Panda Express near Home Depot in Yakima. The teriyaki chicken was burnt and the rice was raw. I informed the cashier about the chicken and she “have a good day.” I assumed she misheard me so I repeated “the chicken is burnt and the rice is raw just for feedback,” she then said it again “have a nice day.” Her customer service skills were terrible.

The food was good. I got what I always got, chow mein, broccoli beef, and orange chicken. The wait time was really bad though. I understand though they might be understaffed so I'll try not to throw them under the bus
