Came in to pick up an order at 11:20 the girl in the front and wasn’t greeted at all, my food was just handed to me without a word. When she bent down to grab something, I thought it was part of my order, and all that was said was, “That is it.” As a waitress myself who had just gotten off work, I was really disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. A simple greeting or a little courtesy goes a long way.

Ordered a large carry out pizza with 5 toppings and wings for carry out. Ordered a large pan tossed (thick) and got a thin pizza, Ordered chicken, bacon, mushrooms and pineapple with a side of jalapeños for the 5th topping. Got mushrooms and pineapple only on a thin crust. This is the 3rd time in a row from ordering from this location and Orders messed up. When I called she wanted me to bring all the food back in for a refund. Lady I live way out in moxee. This place needs to have people that pay attention and listen not just do whatever they want.

Food is awesome, but they close the store to dine in, an only take orders on line an call in orders, which is time consuming, what if someone doesn't even have a phone or the Internet. Idk luckily I'm patient for all that, but for in a rush people or hate phones or Internet, not for you lol

Older man working the counter was so rude, he had little to no manners at all. Our pizza was really greasy, it was so unpleasant. They even forgot our sauce. Overall unpleasant service, would not go there again.

The young woman at the counter was super kind to all her customers, she remained calm throughout a rush and even let me use their restroom while we waited for company who didn't show. Her name is Diana, and she definitely was an unexpected interaction for being on Fair avenue. Target is across the lot and we were happy to get away from them once again not treated as the other customers shopping. But each of the employees here at Pizza hut were kind and compassionate and didn't hesitate to offer assistance or ask if we or anyone else needed anything. Thanks for being good humans and treating me the same. 💯

I was sitting in my car ordering a pickup order and my friend was feeling a little hot and exhausted and asked if she could use the bathroom and her daughter the manager shook his head and rolled his eyes and said no your not a customer she said we're ordering pickup cuz I'm not feeling well he told her nope your not going to use this bathroom she came outside and told me what had happened, so I went inside and I said I'm ordering in my car and my sister needs to use the bathroom with her child is that ok he said oh my God just let me see your phone let me see your phone i don't believe you at all , I said wow guy that insane he then said let me see your phone i want proof where's your proof , then he said yeah that's what I thought, as I walked out , I said I'm not going to show you my phone i don't need to this is the worst we've ever been treated in a restaurant just rude and to think that he's the manager or shift manager teaching all these other workers how to treat people exactly the same way he treated us. Extremely rude, extremely bad customer service, absolutely uncalled so disrespectful in front of a bunch of people in the restaurant so in embarrassing and all for nothing. I will be complaining to corporate this is unacceptable you don't treat people this way
