I was sitting in my car ordering a pickup order and my friend was feeling a little hot and exhausted and asked if she could use the bathroom and her daughter the manager shook his head and rolled his eyes and said no your not a customer she said we're ordering pickup cuz I'm not feeling well he told her nope your not going to use this bathroom she came outside and told me what had happened, so I went inside and I said I'm ordering in my car and my sister needs to use the bathroom with her child is that ok he said oh my God just let me see your phone let me see your phone i don't believe you at all , I said wow guy that insane he then said let me see your phone i want proof where's your proof , then he said yeah that's what I thought, as I walked out , I said I'm not going to show you my phone i don't need to this is the worst we've ever been treated in a restaurant just rude and to think that he's the manager or shift manager teaching all these other workers how to treat people exactly the same way he treated us. Extremely rude, extremely bad customer service, absolutely uncalled so disrespectful in front of a bunch of people in the restaurant so in embarrassing and all for nothing. I will be complaining to corporate this is unacceptable you don't treat people this way

Pizza Hut is okay, always missing something in the salad bar though, and they still charge full price. But the counter person was so arrogant, and she had no manners, so much so that it turned me off to consider buying something here. I went somewhere else.

I hadn't had a tasty Pizza Hut personal pan pizza in years after what seems to have been a recipe change (at least in PA & NJ) but I decided to give it another try here in WA. I finally fulfilled the craving that highlighted my childhood years! Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and entertaining videos to watch while I ate. Bottled soda isn't as great as fountain drinks but the delicious pizza made up for that.

Horrible service. The staff just sat in the back and gossiped. The phone was ringing off the hook while I waited to give someone my order. Once I finally was able to get my order, the food was good. It was what I expected. I love Pizza Hut and eat it about 3 times a week, but I will never visit this store again.

Pizza Hut on fair ave Yakima Wa.So I took my time. Went in made my order in person . Hoped it would be correct. Woman with a dirty T shirt took my order. Almost a $40 pizza. She said 10 minute wait, no problem.Then I sit there 27 minutes according to my receipt. She comes out pulls my pizza out of the warmer . Same Lady who took my order. Asks my name . I go up and ask did you just pull my pizza from the warmer ?Her response yes I called your name . Mind you I'm the only one sitting there.On my 5 minute drive back home , I decided I'd call and complain. Answered phone within 30 seconds.Asked carryout or delivery? I had pushed #3 other than food related .Asked if there was a manager available? Yes just a second5 minutes later nothing no manager.Yup NO fresh Pizza for me .

The “manager” daisy is very unprofessional I was walking up to the store and she was napping in one the booths she got up to take my order and was very rude to me and my disabled son don’t get me started on music I heard the N word several times while placing my order and as I sat in my car to wait for my order she went outside the back door to smoke a nicotine vape and flip me off
