Let me start by saying I rearly leave a less than postive review,hHad not been to a Pizza Hut for some time, and we saw a coupon for two pizzas decided it would be a good dinner treat. What a mistake, while the counter guy was friendly, and polite, the pizzas we got are the worst ever. One was to be Canadian Bacon and pineapple , and the other garlic chicken. The Canadian Bacon one had chopped up ham, not round Canadian Bacon and very little of it, and even fewer pieces of pinapple, it was mostly cheese, The chicken was also very sparse. If we wanted just cheese, that is what we would have ordered! Pizza Hut, you are going the way a lot of restaurants have gone, getting cheap with the food you serve, and losing customers. Good by!

Idk if they just don’t clean their lettuce or vegetables but I got food poisoning after eating their salad today. 🤦🏻♀️ and I ordered a stuffed crust pizza but instead they delivered a hand tossed one.

We had super supreme on hand tossed crust, it was horrible, hardly any sauce, everything is so finely cut it was hard to tell if it had green pepper and mushrooms and they DON'T HAVE SLICED TOMATOES ANY LONGER,, only thing good was the waitress

The night shift manager older lady with glasses is a racist. I’ve been going there for over 10 years and I’ve never been treated like that ever. I left my bag there by accident when I came back she threatened to call the cops on me. This lady went through my things with out my consent. Don’t judge a book by its cover lady you don’t know who people are and the goodness of their heart just by what they wear or the color of their skin. I make in a week what you make in a month. Be humble and may god bless you.

Got my first order wrong and when I got the replacement order it was still wrong i wasn't able to pick up the replacement order because i was hosting my sons birthday party the Manager was very rude and refused to replace the order that they messed up in the first place.
I placed a takeout order and went to collect it. The staff member who assisted me informed me that it would be ready shortly. I waited patiently and heard the cook call out my name. I inquired if the order was for me, but she denied it and proceeded to put it away. I reiterated my question, and she once again denied that it was my order. Approximately five minutes later, I observed her conversing with the cook and realized that she had mistaken it for a delivery order. She retrieved the order and handed it to me, stating that they were waiting for the wings to be prepared. It would have been more appropriate for her to acknowledge her error rather than provide an untruthful explanation. This experience was quite disappointing. Make sure to triple check on your order or you'll be sitting there longer than need to.
