Ordered take out pizza last week of regular crust and sausage and pepperoni. This was was just terrible. I didn't realize they don't put cheese on pizza anymore? Was so dry and tasteless, reminded me of those old chef boyardee pizzas from the 70's. We have used pizza hut many times but after this episode I can't go back there. Take out is supposed to be a treat. My dog wouldn't eat this cardboard.
Customer service was horrible. Manager refused to talk to me! There was a hair in my pizza and they were refusing to give me my money back. The girl at the drive up window said I couldn’t talk to the manager and slammed the drive thru window!
